"The room was a lot smaller than other places I have stayed at.
It wasn't really detailed clean, ensuite had scum on the bottom of shower area tiles.
There wasn't a microwave in room/common areas. Only in Dining area at Breakfast.
Plenty of car parks, however there was a sign at entrance charging for car park. As I don't drive, that didn't apply to me.
The room was not very soundproofed, or very poorly proofed, as I could hear the baby crying from two rooms up.
I did however appreciated & respected the staff @ check-in. They were very patient with me while I tried to locate ID & Credit Card, which was buried in my luggage.
Extra Star for allowing me to check-in the following day; I had to attend a medical emergency with one of my Children while I was enroute to Ibis Fawkner.
I had paid for 2 nights, only stayed 1 due to my emergency. No refund was offered, and no compensation either."
