"Absolutely brilliant stay! We only did a one night stay but the hotel itself is superb. Very friendly staff (Grace in particular), with clean modern fittings and fixtures. Comfortable bed and pillows and breakfast was so fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!"

We travelled to Braintree to celebrate my 80th birthday as our family is somewhat scattered, with our eldest daughter living in Braintree. We had booked 3 rooms and the wonderful reception staff allowed my daughter access to each room to leave special gifts for us and balloons in my room.
