From the outside the hotel looks wonderful. The lobby area is beautiful with the sunken seating area around the 360 fireplace. BUT the room was horrible. There were holes in the ceiling. There was a sofa in the room with holes in it, not just snags in the material, but HOLES in the seat cushions. There was a pitiful plant sitting on the fridge that had one stem with one leaf clinging for life. The air conditioner/heat ran through the night from 60 degrees to 80 degrees non-stop. AND then there was the bathroom - which looked like a remodeling project that ran out of money or just stopped after partially completing the job. I hoped to change to a better room, but the front staff person was no where to be found after I checked in. I will not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

The gentlemen who checked me in at 11 PM was very polite and professional! My room was clean and tidy. The only drawback from my check-in experience was the overwhelming stench of burnt marijuana in the hallway leading up to several non-smoking rooms!
