Ms. Yu was super nice — friendly, helpful, and very enthusiastic. She even introduced us to the nearby area and shops. This hotel is really great value for money, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

One night stay, very little time spent here other than to sleep and have breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with great shower pressure. We did find the A/C hard to adjust though. Breakfast was great. Train station is an 8 min walk from the hotel.

Great hotel to stay for winter ski

Great hotel to stay, near kiroro and many sight seeing spots! I would love to stay again! Only improvement is about the washing machine. That’s only 2 3kg washing machines (wash and dryer) which hard to fulfill the needs for longer term stay.

Stayed here for one night since it was within a walking distance from Otaru Station, the canal and to the shopping and restaurant streets. Room was clean and spacious enough to open two large suitcases. Bottled water was not provided as tap water is drinkable. They have a open bath for guests, which I didn't use, but I used their coin laundry machines. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Otaru.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grid Premium Otaru and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could need or want to visit is just a short walk away. Whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or local attractions, it's all within easy reach, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious for 4 pax, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
