Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Zimmer: sauber im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten... Personal: sehr freundlich Frühstück: gut in der Nähe: nicht weit ist ein Asiatisches Viertel mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Mein Zimmer war sehr in die "Jahre" gekommen. Mehrere Dinge wie Lampen, Strom, etc. waren nicht funktionstüchtig. Für eine Nacht zum Schlafen ok.

Um bom hotel só pra dormir e viajar no outro dia. Falta investimento nas instalações que com o tempo se tornaram precárias, tem alguns vazamentos no banheiro e carece um pouco mais de detalhe na limpeza. Mas foi bem confortável e tem um ótimo café da manhã.

Foi OK. O hotel está localizado em uma região muito barulhenta durante o dia e noite, e não tem isolamento acustico. O quarto tinha sinais de bolor em algumas paredes e necessitava de manutenção de pintura e no chão mas estava limpo dentro do possivel.

Custo-benefício razoável, com pontos a melhorar.

Nossa experiência começou com alguns contratempos. Havíamos reservado para sexta, mas no sistema do hotel constava como sábado. Também pedimos um quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas nos colocaram em um com três de solteiro, que não estava limpo — havia até uma toalha molhada no banheiro. Após reclamações, fomos realocados para um quarto de casal no primeiro andar, mas ele também apresentava problemas: estava sem roupa de cama, com sujeira no chão e cabelos no box. Durante os dias seguintes, a estada foi mais tranquila. Um dia deixamos o aviso de limpeza e a chave na recepção às 8h, voltamos às 15h e o quarto ainda não havia sido limpo. Disseram que fariam em “5 minutinhos”, mas como estávamos cansados, pegamos apenas toalhas limpas. Pontos positivos: ar-condicionado novo com função quente, ótimo para dormir; TV com boa variedade de canais; chuveiro com água forte e agradável; frigobar vazio para uso pessoal; estacionamento pago, mas disponível (basta solicitar); café da manhã com itens frescos; localização próxima ao metrô e região bem policiada. Atenção: quartos com janela podem ser barulhentos, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve.
