"Organised an airport transfer but no one came to collect, luckily there was a night guard who could still check us in and we did get a free upgrade. Also extending the stay was very easy. Location is good very near the beach and room condition was great also. Would recommend"

"The room was OK, evening dinners were ok and the hotel is well located - 5min walk to a lovely beach, 15mins walk to town centre, restaurants etc. Breakfast was poor - limited choice, poor quality, constantly running out of glasses, cups, cutlery. Coffee and juice machines repeatedly out of order. No GF offering. In a word chaotic. Lift was often not working properly, with door only partially opening.
