The stay was excellent and so many things to do. It is conveniently located with easy access to 5th avenue. A shuttle bus takes you to there for $4 per person. I recommend anyone this resort with the size and activities and friendly staff.

We all (13 of us) loved our stay! Only thing i would change would be the ability to book a restaurant for dinner starting the first day of your stay. No reason you shouldn't have the option every single day. If they all get booked up then perfect. Other then that everything was excellent!

The website showed I could cancel this trip for partial reimbursement and I called and they informed to call the resort. The resort seemed to have no idea on what to do for cancellations. Very unhappy and unimpressed as I missed out on over $2000 for a vacation I couldn’t attend due to an emergency. At least honour your own policy SMH

I went with my husband and 9 year old son. We all had an amazing time- this was our first time here and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. When we got home we already started planning our next trip back. The staff was SO kind, attentive, and helpful. The property was incredibly gorgeous, and all of the wildlife was magical. I loved how the trolly came every 15 minutes so we could get a quick ride if we needed to. I would give this property and experience a 10/10. THANK YOU !
