"The property was in a remote area and no transport to get into town except for irregular buses. No staff that speaks English or communicate effectively. No staff to talk to if any danger or emergency event occurs. This property is a remote dead-end area. The property is good, clean and the staff are nice but they speak little to no English. The dining and restaurant is closed almost throughout the day. The breakfast is very limited and very low quality. I think everything about this property...

"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...
