The accommodation location was good for our needs. Mini market only across the street. About a 10 minute walk to some tourist attractions. Would have been good to have a small fridge in the room. Overall happy with our stay

The downstairs looks good and welcoming there is also a free bean to cup coffee machine. The room itself has no Aircon, which was fine for early October. In the summer maybe not. The room was tired looking with chipboard type furniture which was showing its age. The bathroom furniture specifically was heavily water damaged. That said the beds were comfy and we got a good night's sleep. Price and location are also good points.

The property requires a complete make over and needs massive TLC. It lacks basic cleaning, and there was mold in the shower. It did not feel safe or well maintained. The elevator was broken and you had to schlepp luggage via shady staircase. The only positive about this stay was the front desk staff, who were super friendly and the location, in good walking distance to train and downtown city center.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I speak German but could also pretty easily communicate in English with all staff too. Location was perfect for staying in München. Lots to do close to the hotel but also only a 5 min walk to the train to go anywhere outside the city as well.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Munich! The staff at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location is perfect — right in the center of Munich and just a short walk from the central train station, which made everything super convenient. The free coffee, tea, and light snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more enjoyable!

For the money, the hotel was very good. Basic but clean, helpful staff and located a short walk from the centre so I would recommend for people that are not looking to pay a premium for luxury and want a clean base in a convenient location.

Staff were fine, property needs updates. Several outlets were not functioning, tub and furniture were severely chipped, wasn't very clean upon arrival. Front desk clerk was often away smoking. Area was convenient for the tours and train station, but not the prettiest area by far. Munich itself was amazing. I'll definitely be back!

It was clean with friendly staff and a good location - would stay again for the good value price. Rooms plain but fine for what we needed. Was very slightly confusing on arrival as our room number had an 'a' at the end which wasn't explained. We worked out you had to walk through the number of the door (slightly unnerving when you can hear voices on the other side) and there was then an a and b door. Not the most soundproof, but thankfully room b weren't noisy.

Nice, clean room that's decent sized, perfectly located with access to old town. Room is quiet with the window shut, but the room gets incredibly hot (even with radiator off) forcing you to open the window and, due to location in central city, gets noisy when window is open.

Super close to the train station. Clean inside. Helpful staff. IMO in a bit of a questionable area and very noisey after about 10pm. Lots of huka crap and a strip joint if you are into that. Within a good walking distance of a lot of stuff. If I would have been with kids or a wife, I wouldnt stayed there after the first night. I would not recommend the location for families. The room was clean and decent size. The photos are pretty deceiving considering the location. A bit sketchy late at night. Overall a good value considering the price and inside cleanliness, however i will say it again. I wouldnt stay here with a wide or kids.

The hotel is close to a metro station, public transport stops, shops, and restaurants. The rooms could use some updating, but considering that you'll be out most of the time anyway, there's nothing that would have bothered you. Free coffee and tea were available in the hotel lobby 24/7. Please note that the staff is present during check-in and check-out. If you arrive on a late flight, you may have trouble getting into the hotel. Check-in is only open until 10:30 pm, online check-in is not possible. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are no door cards, you can get in with a key.
