The property had everything you need. Great customer service, close options for paid parking and the staff recommended places free parking on weekends. Close to public transportation that is free in all of Luxembourg. The only improvement recommendation is to improve breakfast options but would still give their breakfast 7-8/10

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Close to transport links to the airport and trams into the centre of town. Definitely would stay here again.

Meliá hotel Luxembourg

Friendly concierge who upgraded us when we checked in and provided good info regarding the city. Room very spacious and loved the rituals bathroom products. Parking garage across the street was great for a low profile car if you find a spot on the ground floor which we did.

Large rooms and good location

The first time we stayed at Melia was during Covid which was horrible so we wanted to have a do-over. We liked the size of the room, the beds were good. But what lacked was any type of feeling at home. No coffee machine (for a 4 star hotel!), just a water cooker and some instant coffee and tea. No amenities apart from fixed Rituals shampoos and such. The most uncomfortable cheap chair to sit at the desk. The other sofa chair was not modern at all. However the location is good, close to the MUDAM and the tram that takes you into town. We walked over the bridge, it's about 25 mins to center. There is a Delhaize supermarket across the road as well as Cocottes for amazing breakfast and lunch. Cheaper than the hotel. I don't think we will be back here unfortunately.
