Rooms are very clean and nice, pool was not in operations, grills had holes burned in them. 1 didn’t work and the other barely worked. We had a large group of parents and kids who booked here for the pool and they shut it down Saturday morning. Very disappointing after spending that much money to swim at the pool. We booked 10 rooms there just because it had the indoor pool

The stay was good the issue was with payment although I pre booked through hotels.com the hotel proceeded to charge me again it took my stay to resolve this issue a little concerning if I did not happen to go to my online banking I would not have caught this for a period of time

Staff was absolutely amazing. Not fault of the staff, but it had snowed and sidewalks and parking lot were not cleared. That made it hard to push the luggage cart. We did bring our Schnauzer and everyone loved her. Which was very nice, as some places aren’t as welcoming. Once again not the staffs fault, but other guests did not clean up after their dogs in the lawn. Water pressure in the showers were amazing! I know that’s weird, but I loved it!

On-going renovation contributed to poor check in

The check in at this hotel was really poor, in part because they are in the midst of renovation so are trying to do check in from their sales office. They put me in the wrong room twice before finally figuring it out. The halls were also very messy looking and the stairwell had all sorts of construction debris. The room itself was quite nice although the tub faucet dripped. But the beds were quite comfortable and the temperature well regulated, so overall a solid stay.

Not impressed

We were not very impressed with our stay. Some of our towels appeared stained upon arrival, drawers were barely opening in the kitchen area, we found a used pack of cigarettes under our bed and someone else from our family had a bottle of alcohol left in his freezer, so clearly the rooms were not well cleaned. We chose to stay there for the pool to find out upon arrival it was not open and we were not notified. Rooms did not have equal things in them, as we had a big family in four different rooms. Our room did not have any coffee.

My husband and I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years. Its a great place to stay with great staff. I might suggest some larger bowls in the cabinets and maybe a frying pan as well. Overall great place to stay.

Pleasant

The hotel is located in a very convenient area with plenty of stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly; the room was spacious and clean. The bed was somewhat comfortable. I enjoyed working out in the gym. Plenty of parking; appeared to be a safe and quiet area.

Not clean, Need to state Accessible rooms

Booked a 1 room suite and it ended up being accessible. We are not handicapped the description never stated that as well. We asked to moved to a regular room they said since we set up through Hotels.com we couldnt move. That is a ridiculous rule if it really is one just because you use Hotels.com to schedule your stay. Then to make matters worse the bedroom had what loomed like blood on curtain and carpet. Maybe someone was murdered?? Fpr the price we had to pay to have to accept what we got was ridiculous. CANDLEWOOD CLEAN THAT ROOM, DONT MAKE PEOPLE STAY ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROOM IF THEY ARENT HANDICAPPED. I cant attach photos but i have them
