I had so many inconveniences. Emergency water shut off, clogged shower, nobody answers the front desk phone. When I tried to ask for help, it was such a hassle. Harrahs says I have to go through Expedia, and Expedia says I have to go through Harrahs. Always book through the original website. These 3rd parties are not a good idea.
