What really stood out was the service: everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. "The Crane exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities are so well considered that there is nothing I would change or ask for. The best part of our stay, was how well my food allergies were accommodated - the chefs were very considerate and I did not have any issues of reactions.
