"Very nice hotel in downtown Zermatt. They came to pick us up @ the train station which was nice. Early check in and helpful with dinner reservations. Room is small but cozy and efficient. Everything you need. Downstairs is very Swiss. The spa is a great extra bonus. "

"Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. Transportation was provided to and from the train station (thank you to our driver!), which is walkable but we did not want to manage suitcases for that distance. The front desk staff were informative and we especially enjoyed meeting the little dog who spends his days in the office. We hope to visit again and highly recommend ZerMama"

They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had, marked by impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."
