"Every summer, we were going to Bordeaux for two weeks, and stayed at this hotel. We always reserved and paid our hotels in spring. We did the same things this year too, but when we arrived, we were surprised. This year, they change the cleaning policy, and we don’t like it.
First we stayed for 5 nights, They didn’t clean the room and didn’t change the towels, they just got of trash. When I asked the reception, they told if you want this services, they are charging money!
