"Everything was clean and tidy. Walkable to Union Station and Rogers Centre. It was a bit confusing to find the door closest to the reception area for checking in... rather than haul luggage down some stairs and thru the eating/drinking area."

"beds were way too firm. fan in bathroom didnt work. only having one public bathroom in basement was a pain. elevators are pretty busy from time to time"

"Lovely stay here, staff were super helpful and polite, couldn’t do enough to help you at reception. Lots of tea and coffee in the room which was definitely needed! Great toiletries and really well cleaned each day. Big TV in the room with lots of channels. Even though the room was right outside the lifts, it was quiet and the rooms well sound proofed. Right outside a subway stop too. "
