"great views, but many stairs"

"Staying overnight at Mont st Michel was a once in a lifetime experience. I would not advise staying on the island to those who are not able to physically climb a whole lot of stairs, those who are heat intolerant (if the weather forecasts a heatwave) or to those who do not enjoy shuttle buses. Not only are there a lot of stairs to get to the hotel, our hotel had no elevator to our 3rd or 4th floor room. This is typical for much of Europe but would be excessive for someone with any health...

"The breakfast was disappointing for the price point charged. The room and bathroom were nice sized; the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were not good quality as well. There was great air conditioning but the blanket provided retained your body heat; we were very comfy when we went to bed but very hot starting about three hours after going to sleep."

"We stayed for 5 nights in a Junior suite. The hotel staff were nice, and very helpful. When I said I was travelling with 2 motorbikes, they were able to reserve me a covered parking space in their courtyard for the duration of my stay. The exterior looks rustic, but the interior was modern. It is quiet as it is set off the main road. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, also there was a seperate shower room and toilet. "Personnel charmant mais l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur des prestations d’un hôtel de ce niveau référence sur le site - chambre a 1900 euros pour trois nuits au premier donnant sur la route (changement demandé mais seulement accepté avec paiement complémentaire, quel sens commercial !!! ) - un tout petit bar et la même salle servant au petit déjeuner et au restaurant - soins du Spa inaccessibles avant trois semaines - hôtel sans doute rafraîchi mais avec matériaux de qualité moyenne...

"Super small toilet where you can hardly sit. The host is not very nice and comes over as if he has an attitude problem. Breakfast is served only from 9 am until 9.45 am. That's a bad joke. "

"Das Hotel liegt etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, ca. 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist sehr modern. In meinem Zimmer war der Platz für die Toilette so eng, dass jemand mit viel Umfang bzw. Gewicht Probleme bekommen hätte. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend."
