DO NOT STAY HERE – Worst Hotel Experience Ever
This hotel should not be open to guests. The entire property is under renovation, making it completely uninhabitable. Our room reeked of fresh paint — the smell was overwhelming and made it hard to breathe. There was no desk, chair, trash bin, or even a hairdryer. It felt like we were placed in an unfinished storage room, not a hotel room.
Construction materials were scattered throughout the hallways, and to make matters worse, loud renovation work started at 8 AM.
When I brought up the issues to the front desk, the staff was dismissive. At check out the receptionist even said, “They didn’t tell you we’re under renovation at check-in?” — as if that somehow made it acceptable. Nothing about the renovation was disclosed during booking, and the photos online looked nothing like the current condition of the property. It was extremely misleading.
This hotel should have been closed until renovations were complete. Management clearly doesn’t care about guest experience or safety. Avoid at all costs.
