Close from Chiba station, you can walk to hotel. And there is easy to shopping. I love it breakfast buffet. Delicious and various. Lawson and seven eleven, it was convenient. Chiba has monorail you have to try it. Staion is close from hotel. I love this hotel and i will stay again!!!

Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead.

Staff was always very kind and helpful whenever I interacted with them. At first I was nervous because the air conditioner was off when I arrived at my room (and it was a hot summer day), but the unit worked very quickly once turned on. The hotel is literally around the corner from one of the train station exits, and there is a department store a few minutes walk away, so it was an extremely convenient location. Quiet room. Would stay again.
