I’ve travelled all over the world and this has been my best trip. The staff were absolutely amazing. Not an ounce of arrogance. They were extremely polite and lenient. They even offered me a super late checkout for my convenience and I’ve never had that experience before. I never usually travel back to somewhere I’ve been but I am definitely coming back here to this exact hotel next time. The staff: Lokman, Ece, Gizem and Serkan were the nicest people I’ve met. Each one of them deserves the best and I wish them the best in their life. Hopefully they’re there when I come next time🫡❤️

Staff went above and beyond helping us. It’s the little things that make up a great stay. My fiancé ran out of her e-cigarette, the staff went out and got it for her because she did not know where to get re-supplies. Also ran out of lira currency. Staff went out to exchange it for us at no additional cost. Like I said before, it’s the little things that make up the hotel stay. The concierge’s desk is always friendly with suggestions. They will call you a taxi and tell you how much it should be so you don’t get ripped off. Even transportation to the airport. They told us how much it should be. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. Breakfast was different every morning, which is a great variety. They have a relaxing pool which accommodates different varieties of pool from indoor into outdoor. We use the main pool, the most.

Nous avons passer un bon séjour dans cet établissement. La chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur mer et piscine. Le spa n'était pas super (non entretenu) et il manquait de l'ambiance dans l'hôtel. Les receptionnistes ont été très à l'écoute, agréables et professionnels.
