Everything was perfectly fine for my husband and I. But, if you need to have fun with Sauna, Bubble Bath, Gym and more you need to follow what in the reception they telling you on arrival that YOU NEED TO BOOK in advance because they are so busy down the area

Very convenient to the City Airport and the staff is exceptional. The room was good and the pillows were perfect. I was sorry not to stay longer than my 6am flight allowed. Don't miss the good Indian food options in the restaurant.

Perfect pillows, comfy beds, well equipped gym, spotlessly clean. The only negative we could find was the coffee brand in the room could have been better quality to match everything else about the hotel. Also a few sachets would be appreciated- one of each was not really enough.

Great hotel

Nice hotel. Good location. Great gym. Service was good. Food in restaurant was good. Bit of noise in the room from water pipes but reported it and the staff gave me some points as compensation.

Great!

Great hotel. Catered really well at breakfast (which was great! for my son's dairy and gluten free diet. Very thoughtful chef came out and left him a couple of buns! All staff were lovely. Rooms very comfortable and spotless.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well presented, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The dining area offered a great selection of food, and the quality was excellent, we especially enjoyed the meals. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, although the dining space itself was quite cold due to the air conditioning. The leisure facilities were a bit of a mixed experience. The pool area was extremely busy, which made it feel crowded at times. Unfortunately, the steam room was not operational during our visit, which was disappointing. However, the sauna was in good working order, though it was quite full as well, a testament to how popular the facilities are. Overall, a very busy environment but with great service, food, and comfortable accommodation.

Good in the hotel was excellent; much better than usual hotel fare! Room was clean and well supplied but for us 2 double beds didn’t work. Would have preferred less furniture (chair, footstool, ottoman) and space for a child’s camp bed.

I was disappointed to arrive and find dirty bed clothes on the bed. But in fairness to the staff they were changed and dealt with very quickly once I advised them. And they gave us a free drink as goodwill gesture. Overall, I thought the service from all staff was of a very high standard. The service was very good in the bar and at breakfast and the staff very friendly. This was the most appealing part of my stay.

Good location. Serving staff could be better trained regarding allergies, We ate in the River Bar and the waitress was not very sure. She did go however and ask in the kitchen, which was good. The main restaurant for breakfast was very good.
