"We feel that this place does not exist or whoever manages it does a terrible job!
We were informed by the hotels.com many times that our booking is confirmed, however we did not receive any information of how to enter the building. We were standing outside the building for 2h trying to reach the number given on the website, the live chat and we were told that they also struggle to reach the owner of the place. The number given on the website is very difficult to reach and when it does whoever...
