Hotel rooms floors were dirty and dingy, shower faucet had mold, shower head leaked, A "clean towel" looked like someone had recently used it to wipe their bottom and left a nasty brown stain. So me and my daughter had to use the same towel, stair well hadnt been vacuumed in a while, water was not hot, it was barely warm. Room its self was musty and did not smell fresh or clean.

David was super friendly, check in/out was super quick and easy. Plenty of parking and building was secure. Room was clean and simple, just what we needed for a one night stop over in wilmington. Faucet in tub dripped pretty loudly, but it didn't keep us awake or anything. Would probably stay here again passing through town.

The room was very dirty and had multiple mystery stains throughout it. I felt like I needed shoes on the entire time even in the shower. Housekeeping woke me up hours before check out time to see if I was still in the room. I got my stuff and left way earlier than I planned due to feeling gross in the room. During mobile check in I was assigned a room number but when I got my keys it was an entirely different room.

The front desk lady was very nice. The place itself is a little run down. Strong smell of cigarettes throughout the property. Inside the room was ok. It is cheaper then most around so that is a plus. There is much worse out there.

Vintage weathered comes to mind as a description of this facility. Carpets are stained, fixtures are stained and bath needs updated. Bed was comfortable and thankfully clean.

To start, the bathroom light was out and the lobby was closed. Second, the people in the next room had their TV blasting until 2 am and I did not sleep after driving 12 hours. Third, my room smelled of urine when I walked in. Lastly, the bed was hard as a rock. I have asked for a refund and was told to contact expedia and they tried calling the hotel and no one is answering.

Found roaches. Sheets were dirty. Didn’t look visually appealing at all. Didn’t book this myself and I would never. For a sports team through an organization and i didn’t feel comfortable with how it went for my players.

AVOID booking a room here
Did not even stay at this hotel due to the unsanitary conditions the rooms are in. Carports are extremely filthy, bed had leftover hair, bed sheets had stains, overall it’s a terrible place to stay. Did not bother staying because it felt disgusting. The lady in the front counter was understanding but the property manager is unwilling to issue a refund and I’ve been disputing this for two days now. Save yourself your time and your hard earned money and avoid this place

Just keep looking! The carpet in the entire building needs replaced the housekeeping was using a broom on it with no vacuum in sight. We got in to late to look elsewhere but I recommend you do.

The room I was in has no smoke alarm, the windows are bolted shut. Both of these are fire hazard issues. The carpet was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained, there were huge black and brown stains . The bathroom had roaches living in the tub. So, this place needs some work!

Room was not the cleanest, but as expected. Just needed a room for a local concert. Fresh linens were provided but toilet hadn't been cleaned, and most of the drawers in the room still had garbage from previous people. Wasnt provided new toilet paper, we were left with a quarter used roll from the previous people as well. Definitely not the cleanliest but no bugs. If youre just looking to sleep a little in between travel, the bed is decent 😆
