The only thing I would change is for the hot tub to be hotter then the pool :( it was very disappointing one if the reasons we get hotels is to sit in a hot tub

The AC is loud, the room had trash underneath furniture, scratched up furniture, and the windows faced the pool so you can’t see outside. I absolutely HATE it here

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was very tasty and reasonably priced. I stayed in a room by the pool and would not recommend because of the noise. I thought it would be nice to have a room by the pool, it was not. Door to the pool was locked from the outside and I had to go around anyway. Rooms were not clean. There was debris on floor and what looked like wadded up toilet paper stuck to the wall in the bathroom and long hair stuck to the shower that was not mine. I booked on Expedia because I could not reach anyone at the hotel to book a room. When I booked on Thursday the price of the room was about $100. On Friday the price of the room had dropped to $75 and wasn’t able to negotiate price with hotel due to booking on Expedia. Overall, my stay was not horrible and could have been better. Will look for another hotel to stay at if I’m ever in the area again.

Staff was very friendly, but they have no elevator. Had to lug all my luggage up a couple flights of stairs. Lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very out of date. Bathrooms were not ideal.

The only way to get your door for poolside is to go out by the pool and unlock your door. They lock you in at 9 pm and no one can be out by the pool!

The hotel lobby looked great but the rooms were very dated. It had a smell of sewage throughout the hotel. I booked a suite and all it had was a bed and a tv .

The hotel was as expected, but advertised breakfast included in the rate. In the morning they would not offer the free breakfast as advertised. The front staff staff was not interested in soving this issue even after we showed them the booking and the breakfast included portion. The hotel is as advertised, but if you want breakfast included in your rate, stay somewhere else.

POOL CLOSES AT 9!
The pics are deceiving! Lobby and tavern are very nice, pool area is also nice (but closes early at 9) rest of the hotel is very outdated. There was a horrible noise coming from the mechanical room. They offer no breakfast and also do not have any toiletries to offer if anything is forgotten. Was also uncomfortable for me being a mom traveling with 3 kids. Every time we went outside there were people sitting in cars, just hanging out or smoking

The room was nice enough. The only complaint I have is that the heat turned itself up in the middle of the night. It went from 70 to 78 both nights we stayed there. I am looking forward to the room updates that are coming next year.

The pool closed at 9 pm and wasn’t written anywhere for a notice and the security guard was rude about it. They said pool Opened at 9 am and nothing was turned on or ready couldn’t get into the pool only through maids door. Very inconvenient especially when we came from out of town to use the pool solely for our trip. Couldn’t use the poolside door access as well.

We stayed with our one year d baby and it was amazing? Quiet and easy to get to our room from our parking spot and our 7 year old LOVED the pool and water slide. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at a hotel and the room was perfect. The location was extremely convenient. We will absolutely be returning next time we visit family in Williston.

No vending machines, i called the front desk twice and walked down to the front desk to get a remote for the TV that i never received, The door didn't shut i had to slide the card into the latch to get it to shut. The breakfast was $28 per person

A/c didn't work, no hot tub as advertised, pictures are old online, room card didnt work after 45 min, door knob broke on bathroom, pool closes at 9, house keepin didnt refresh towels or garbages during multinnight stay. Felt like box spring was broke or stand was broke, they dont have kid channels on tv. People hav partys in pool area and take all the chairs and tables even if you are using them. Very rude i paid to stay there. If hotel does partys they should provide extra chairs and tables

Great Stay!
It was very nice. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had to change rooms because there was a loud party going on in the large Event room. They were very happy to find us a new room away from the party. We mainly stayed there for the nice pool area with a big water slide! The kids loved it!
