I didn't like the set up. There was a huge gap in the door that cold air came through. The bed felt like it was going to break when I sat on the end of it ( there was no chairs & no where else to sit) In the morning when I was brushing my teeth getting ready to check out, there was a cockroach in the sink! Nuff said!

I Payed for this room in full and they took out a $100 deposit. I needed that money for fuel People were working on their cars in the parking lot.. The room did not come with a remote for the TV.. This might have been the worst place I think I've ever stayed. And I stayed in some rough places. I could've done better for the money and would have paid more, had I know this was the room I was gonna get.

The property does not look like it does online. It is very run down and unkept. Its mostly used for residential suites for families. The door to our room had to be basically forced open everytime we opened it. It looked like maybe the door had been kicked in a few times over the years very ghetto. They didn't have any air-conditioning and when asked about it they said the boilers had been turned on and all they had was heat. We took eveything with us each time we left the room. The area was sketchy.

TV didn't work. No AC, I've never spent a hotter night in my life. Had to get up twice in the middle of the night to take an ice cold shower. People yelling outside back and forth all night long. They also stole my $100 deposit from me. I have my receipt saying that I was refunded. I've followed up twice and they keep extending the number of days for me to expect it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I suppose I should offer a begrudging apology for the inconvenience, though it's not entirely our fault. Our property boasts a state-of-the-art central heating and cooling system, and like clockwork, we initiated the heating system's activation on October 1, 2023. Now, onto the matter of your room deposit – we did attempt to return it, but alas, you failed to furnish the necessary credit card information. Consequently, your deposit took an unexpected detour to Expedia. As you're probably aware, it's now your responsibility to ring up Expedia and sort out this issue on your own. Regards.

Worst motel exp ever. Hot as ever in the room no control on thermostat. Tv didnt work and when i called they just said we arent sure why its not working, so i said guess im not watching tv and they said, okay have a good one. Blaring music at 9 am.

The hotel itself is fine it’s the people running it read the reviews on Google as well as here. You will understand. My mother, although last staying with me would be visiting and he’s in a wheelchair. She needed first floor access I called. They said they had a double room on the first floor. I booked it when I arrived. They only had a single. They put me in the single and would not adjust the room price. They required $100 deposit that I put on my personal credit card that they say they returned but did not, and I had to file a dispute also while trying to talk about these issues, all you got was screamed and yelled at and belittled this guy has no business being in customer service. Good luck to all who stay here.

Do not go there. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was greeted very unwelcoming over there. They made me pay a $100 deposit and they treated me like I was a stranger or a Sugg. Also, in the morning there was this lady who was knocking at the doors and it looks like she was on drugs, and also said that if I was going to stay another day, or if not, which was really odd, and made me feel very uncomfortable, the owners are stinky Chinese people, and they were very rude as well and the rooms had bedbugs, so it was very uncomfortable. I did not even stay there and I did not even get a refund.

This hotel did not except our proof of payment through Expedia. They insisted on being paid $173, a room rate about $80 higher than the receipt, and therefore we left. This was a great inconvenience to us and caused a lot of stress during our travels by what seems to be a flawed system regarding payments between Expedia and the hotel.

Old and dirty but staff was nice.
The room hadn’t been updated. I don’t think they ever mopped the old tile floor. It was sticky and made my feet black after my shower. The tv is a old box style and you could hardly see the picture. Everything else was completely booked in the area so I had to take it. It seemed like a lot of people lived there. The room next to me, they emptied the continence out into the parking lot and were spraying everything down with a hand pump garden sprayer.Bring your own bedding, towels and cleaning products there isn’t any room cleaning here.

Overall, the hotel was a great pick! The quality is more for the money. The hotel is not pricey but provides great service and cleanliness. The only set back was the breakfast provided. It would've been better if they provided better nutrition breakfast than just donuts. I heard the donuts were made Dailey but needed more like fresh fruit.

Moldy petrified burrito in my microwave oven.. Informed staff, still there next day.. I complained, they comped $25.. Whooptidoo. Not much considering the stiff $75 they charged per night.. Their TV sets are circa 97', room heat/ac is loud, location is practically on the freeway.

You get what you pay for. Definitely not the worst hotel have stayed in, in our 6 week vacation. One of the beds broke while in there. Put us in new room and beds were comfy so no real complaint.

Unlike many hotels we were unable to get a toothbrush or any toiletries from the front counter. The breakfast was homemade doughnuts, but they were cold and similar to ones from gas station. Not worth $80 a night. Bed was clean and comfortable.

They put a pre-set limit on the volume on the TV, and I'm not deaf, but I could not hear very much that was said on any programs. The air conditioning was set to the coldest temperature and on high, and it was barely keeping up with cooling the room....it was a centalized system and not an individual air conditioner.

there was no chair at all in room. Nor was there a phone book. The beds were horrible. Both me and my sister have back problems. These beds were way to soft . There was no place to sit and talk in the room unless you sat on the bed. Other things that bothered me include bathroom walls were badly painted. There were a couple places where the only the primer paint was on wall like big spots. Internet connection was very slow.

Good hotel for stopping through
Other than the traffic noize from the highway close by, this hotel has everything you would want when travelling. The room was clean and comfortable and featured a small fridge and microwave. There's a grassy picnic area with grills. Be sure to check with the hotel first if you want to bring your small dog along as they only have one pet friendly room.

Good basic travel hotel
I stayed in a small, clean recently renovated room with a comfortable king bed. The hotel only has one pet friendly room so if you're bringing your small dog, be sure to check if that room is available before booking. I liked that there's a small fridge and microwave in the rooms so you can eat some decent food of your own choosing. The downside to this place as you see in many of the other reviews is that It's right next to I-70 and there isn't a sound wall between you and the highway. It can be rather noisy. There's a small, grassy picnic area with a table and outdoor grills on the west end of the building. I have no complaints about this place other than the traffic noise.

Good value and a convenient location for what we needed. Some people may want earplugs--I-70 is just across the street. Rooms and shower were small, but adequate, Only donuts coffee and juice for breakfast. Fridge and microwave were appreciated.

I reserved two nights but when I arrived the desk clerk told me I only had one night because the second night the room was not available. I found another room elsewhere for the second night and checked with the clerk immediately so I wouldn't get charged she said I had no second night room and upon check out was told the same thing. I was still charged for the room and thanks to the help of the manager i finally got a refund. The night desk clerk was so rude and unapologetic.

According to Expedia.com this hotel was suppose to be within 10 minutes walking distance to the Downtown Denver Convention Center when the Comic-con was being held, which is why we picked this hotel. After driving to the hotel and then checking Google maps, this hotel was 2 hours and 45 minutes walking distance to the downtown convention center, and that was the only sore point of our whole stay. The point of picking a hotel 10 minutes from the Denver Convention Center was to save some money while there. Instead we ended up spending $22.00 for 3 days of parking. It sort of defeated the purpose didn't it.

Broken toilet, unable to use bathroom whole stay
Started out great, called hotel day of stay to ask questions and hotel employee was very nice. We came in late, around 12:30pm, and check in was fine. The room was very small but was clean. Problem was, that the toilet wouldn't flush. It was so late so we decided to wait until morning to get it fixed. Alerted front desk about 7am but there was no rush in getting it fixed. With 2 small children, this was a big issue. We ended having to use the lobby bathroom every time someone needed to go. I called the front desk again around 9 and front desk girl seemed bothered that we were asking about it again. No one ever came to fix the bathroom. We checked out around 10:30 and again explained that this was unacceptable! Front desk said that all they could do was knock off was $10. Considering that we paid $100 for the couple hours we were there, we were really upset. Not staying here again.

We were a little nervous after reading the other reviews. Here's the details from our stay: the pool is outdoor, which we didn't realize till later. There is a playground which was great. Noise from the highway or freeway was loud outside but didn't affect our sleep. The rooms are small and there is only a mini fridge and microwave sitting on top of fridge so if you are looking to make your own food it is difficult. Room seemed clean. The shower was nice but no tub for the kids. The staff was very pleasant. If the pool were open, we would have stayed another night.

If you like quiet, this is not for you. Getting the rooms cleaned up with fresh paint and "new" furnitures did not impress me. My room had a tv bigger than the table it was on. It was an uneasy feeling when you go to your room and people are hanging outside their room with doors open. Only had to stay for a night. Please read other reviews, before booking here.

Pricing differences in room rates
The staff was very friendly and helpful When we made our reservations they said we could use our AARP discount when we checked in that did not happen and when we asked ( 4 times) they said that it always was someone else that would have to make that determination and they were not at work. The last word was that the person that could grant that discount was only coming to work on Monday and we left on Monday. That was very misleading. We were there with 3 other relatives who had rooms and we all three had different prices charged to us ?????

The service desk personnel as very friendly, room was clean but the smell was not very pleasant. Don't count for breakfast, the lady told us she makes her own donuts but they were disgusting and there wasn't anything else to eat for breakfast.
