The ceiling was spliting apart and moldy around the exahust fan in the bathroom the floor had stains the molding was coming off at the baseboards there was a slight smell i could not place

So my boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, even though the staff was extremely friendly the room we stayed in was not satisfactory. When i checked in i was planning to have a shower and get ready as i had an event. Unfortunately my shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Then there was a crack in the ceiling and whenever someone flushed the ceiling would leak. As for the room only issue was that the AC unit only gave out cold air so we were cold all night and the lamps didn’t work but bed wasn’t bad (king bed).

Room looked like a crime scene, people smoking under the window all night (could shovel up the butts) corridors full of mud and dog feces, noisy. This place has completely let go and not safe

There were several black stains on the ceiling in the washroom. I understand this is a high humidity area, however more attention should be given to this area.

the room was clean, bed was comfortable. staff was very nice.but this hotel needs some upgrades. the bathroom door was cracked. stains on the ceiling and walls. also it looked like the smoke detector had plastic covering on it, which concerned me if it was actually in working order. consider adding a hair dryer to the bathroom.

Just a one day ( few hours) because we went there around 1.30 am. Reason we went for Niagara Falls fireworks very far away. At least they should have power charging nothing have use in the washroom. Fridge was off

Pillows had sweat stains. Sheet covers where dirty and the room had a smell. They refused to give a refund.

The air conditioner and heating unit in this room was old. It would. heat room up to the temp and then blast cold air to cool the room down to the point where we felt like we were sleeping outside. This happened all nite

The front desk service was really good. Very nice lady working.
When i got into the room the chair in the room was covered in stains. Paint peeling off the walls. Ac unit looked like it was falling apart.
The worst part was the guest at the end of the parking lot shooting up. Did not feel safe staying so cancelled reservation and had to lose tje money since the hotel has a strict cancellation policy

Picture on line not like the actual room. Chair was ripped. Fridge was making a noice. Practice kept me up all night. Hallway had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast. Stale bagels still in a bag thrown on a counter. Tables in the lunch area all scratch up and dirty. For $140 on Welland I was expecting a bit better. To be honest if I did not had prepaid I was ready to leave. Only good thing bed was comfortable but the pillow cases where all wrinkle up. Oh the only give you two towels.

Staff had no clue about how to fix the tv in our room and seemed like my wife and i were a inconvenience. The answer was to move us to another room after we had unpacked. Won't stay there again, or recommend.

Very run down. Property still the same after 30 years. Way too expensive for the low quality of the accomodations.

Rooms were newly renovated, new floors clean bathrooms. The beds were alright but the room was very cold and the furniture was left over from the previous property as our key cards said motel 6.

I remember when Travelodge was a strong brand. Well, they have really let their standards sink. A bathroom door that couldn't be closed, a wall covered in black mold, a water stained phone, a hole in the wall, a smear of something brown on the wall, a dog in a nearby room barking *all night long*. It was a truly unpleasant experience. Avoid.
