Everything was absolutely fine. Lots of hot water! Very quiet, no traffic noise at all. Everything worked as it should. A very pleasant spacious unit. I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Wagga.

Easy check in and out, room had everything you needed! Even the small details like plenty of power points, full length mirror! Had a mini bar (didn’t use but super impressed to see it!)

Check in was good but when my husband told the office lady our light was flickering to the point that it could not be used he was told to "deal with it" till the next day ( this was as soon as we'd checked in ) The bed was ok. Room was clean. Close to shops.

When we checked our receipt they had over charge us. The receipt given was for another town Something is going on staff wouldn’t talk about it. Just said send emails. Hard to do when you are travelling with just a phone

inconsistent
the room was to clutter with beds (3 bed 2 queen 1 single) when we booked assuming we where getting a king bed and lounge. Limited parking. not clear where to park. observed another client nearly hitting our car just to try to get his out. (not his fault). Office staff not welcoming. When enquiring about why tv was not working felt that we were an inconvenience. Have used this motel multiples times but something has changed.

So much amazing bang for your buck here. I wanted to stay here on my way back but they were booked out solidly. Rooms MASSIVE staff awesome, I was a late arrival and it was easy, I could go in park, crash happy days. KING size bed all the room for one lol shower was great ( I judge the hardest on the shower) little shampoo's were so delish in the smell and my hair felt good after. and if you look in the draw, there are cookies!!!

The overall cleanliness, condition, and general facilities were very good. The lovely ladies who cleaned our room were friendly, helpful and very accomodating.. The reception person, hiwever needs to improve his customer service. I asked for information about suitable dinner venues, as we had 2 children. He did not engage in conversation, but pointed to a display of brochures. I asked about the RSL and his response was "go right". Once in the car i found the booklet he indicated, contained no dining venues. We found the RSL inspite of his incoŕect direction, which was great.

Good sized rooms, including spacious bathroom and kitchenette. Parking can be tight, especially if a couple of guests with trailers arrive. Five minute walk to a fast food chicken place, little Italian, Chinese and Indian restaurants. A little disappointed we weren’t given the room we booked, with one large bed and a sofa. The sofa is important because my husband can’t sit on a bed to watch tv. But it was only for one night!
