This style of windows gives us the option to let in a lot of light, without having to look at the neighbour's wall. I appreciate you giving us a high class hotel comment even though we consider ourselves to be a mid range hotel!I'm a bit shocked to see that you did not have soap since all rooms are supplied with 2 big refillable containers that are labeled as 'shampoo' and 'body wash'. Due to the pandemic and having no income for the last 3 years, we had to make budgeting choices with regards to our renovations. We have prioritized becoming an eco friendly hotel and have installed high quality, isolating PVC windows in every room and 180 sqm of solar panels on the roof to power the hotel.With kindest regards

Dear Kunio, Thanks for leaving your review. It is hard for me to understand what the issue is exactly. Like most hotels, we offer different room types at different prices. Your reserved a standard room, which we advertise with walk in shower and no balcony. I would recommend that, for future reservations, if you prefer a room with balcony and bathtub, to read the room description and book the corresponding room type. Our hotel has 3 room types and we are transparent about the rates and differences between the rooms. Let me clarify our room types EXACTLY AS they are listed on Expedia and Hotels.com: - Standard room (24 sqm) walk in shower only - Deluxe Room (36 sqm) bathtub + shower - Deluxe Balcony Room (36 sqmp) bathtub + shower We will try to improve the light at the breakfast area.
