Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben gute Tipps, wenn man diese braucht und haben gute Ortskenntnisse. Das Hotel lässt sich gut mit der Straßenbahnlinie D erreichen und man ist hervorragend an die Innenstadt angebunden. Man läuft von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur ein paar Meter, das Hotel ist bereits in Sichtweite bei der Haltestelle. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Büffet wurde immer wieder schnell nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Betten waren bequem.

A more traditional Austrian hotel,conveniently situated near the U4 line and trams that take you into the hart of the city quickly. The hotel was quiet , friendly and provided a good breakfast to start the day. I would use this hotel again.

Keep your expectations low !
The hotel is a bit far from the touristic center of the city, but easy to reach. Our room and bathroom are outdated. It would be good to renew. Wi-fi in the rooms is chargeable. The problem was the internet. In this period, paid internet in the rooms is surprising. There was no fridge or kettle in the room. Staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

The property is well located. The room was disappointing as it looked nothing like the photos on their website . I suspect the hotel is undertaking a major refurbishment and that we were placed in the older rooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful

I had a very good stay at the Hotel Mozart; the room looked to have been refurbished with a new shower etc. The room was large enough to work without feeling cramped and there was a good amount of storage space. The A/C was not working, but this may be common in Vienna where there are specific dates when hotels are allowed to activate it. On the weekend the room was very quiet but on weekdays construction started across the road at 8am. This was Ok with the double glazing closed, but if you needed the window open because of the heat it was quite noisy. I will ask for a room facing away from the street next time

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Metro en tram stoppen zowat voor de deur, dus je kan overal makkelijk komen. Inrichting enigszins gedateerd maar wel schoon en netjes. Uitstekende kwaliteit voor deze prijs.

Ok rooms but very old school
Rooms where clean and ok, nothing to complain about. But everything outside the rooms where old and worn down. Super small elevator, ordinary big keys to the rooms and just old school. Also I got some very bad service and attitude from some of the personal while checking in and arriving late at night.

old fashioned hotel with some charm
The hotel itself is nice with an old-fashioned ambiance. The location is not exactly the best but still convenient for travelling around as there is plenty of transportation

No Parking place (Public is available near)
1. Parking : None, but you could see public street parking near hotel easily with no payment. 2. Metro : walking on 3minutes 3. others : you could find Supermarket near. 4. Centre : 1day fee 8euro - you could reach everywhere within 10minutes by metro. 5. Facility : a little bit classic, but enough for bed & breakfast

Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers haben wir uns gefreut, da man mit Mozartkugeln auf dem Bett begrüßt wird. :) Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter und der Service. Man wird immer freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet, wenn man das Hotel verlässt bzw. wiederkommt. Super ist auch, dass man den schweren, klobigen Zimmerschlüssel an der Rezeption abgibt und ihn nicht mit sich rumschleppen muss, wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Bei uns kam noch ein Extraservice dazu, welcher sehr schnell erledigt wurde. Wir hatten nach dem Auschecken unser Gepäck im Gepäckraum an der Rezeption verstaut, da wir noch Zeit bis zum Rückflug hatten und haben unsere „Kuschelkissen“ (ja, lacht ruhig😅) dort vergesse. Das haben wir leider zu spät gemerkt, so dass wir n

Nice, cheap but a bit too much old school hotel.
It's a clean and cheap hotel with a wonderful location. There are supermarkets and nice restaurants around as well as a very useful tram and a Ubahn station. But on the other hand, it's really really old school. There is no controlled heating (and as every indoor place in Vienna, was overheated!)... No minibar/refrigerator in the room... There are almost none toiletries available but a liquid dispenser in bathtub... You are expected to leave your key at the desk when you are out (and the keyring is so heavy that you want it too)... They are very strict about check-in/check-out hours, but they offer a place to leave your luggage if you arrive early (you have to carry through stairs though). Definitely worth its price but don't expect keycard era hotel amenities and habits. Also there are no safes in rooms either as mentioned here at hotels.com.

Sadly i can’t recommend this hotel
On the Positve side - 1. Great location. Calm and a bit outside the most touristic areas. Yet within walking distance to the historical city centre and close to the U-Bahn and the Tram. 2. The Breakfast buffet was ok. Could have been open longer though. You have many tourists staying at your hotel that don’t want to rush through the buffet table if they arrive to the breakfast at 9.30 a.m. 3. Friendly staff in the reception (except one) 4. My bed in room 311 was ok and i slept comfortably. On the Negative side - 1. The hotel should NEVER be completely dark even if you arrive after midnight. It’s totally unacceptable and feels completely unwelcoming to have all the lights outside the hotel and in the hotel lobby turned off during the night. 2. My 2 Friends who stayed in room 112 sadly had to stay in what felt like a sauna ! The A/C didn’t worked and the radiators beside the bed and in the toilet was extremly hot. We managed to slightly get the radiator beside the bed colder but the one inside the toilet was broken and partially off from the wall, wich made the toilet extremly hot ! It’s not very pleasant to experience that when the hotel is fully booked and there is no chance to change room ! 3. You need a room with a locked door for luggage storage. The area behind a simple gate that was easy to open from the outside, where we left our luggage for a few hours at our day of departure, did not felt safe. 4. The toilets felt unclean and a few of my towels was dirty

Leider war das Free WLAN nur in der Lobby nutzbar, online steht es leider nicht mit dieser Einschränkung! Vom Frühstücksbuffet war ich leider auch nicht begeistert und mein Zimmer sah auch nicht so schön aus, wie online abgebildet... Die Lage hingegen ist zentral und mit der U4 gut an andere Verkehrsmittel angebunden, auch zu Fuß kann Vieles gut erreicht werden.
