Didn’t get any sleep.

Door rattled all night long, (the door frame) kept all of us awake. Housekeeping cleaning room directly across from us at 8am also noisy and disruptive. Didn’t get any rest. What a shame.

Clean, updated, roomy. Super friendly staff!

Very nice stay. Nice, well-cared for property. My room was clean, roomy, and had plenty of desk area and dresser drawers. Bathroom was clean, and updated. Really good breakfast selections!

Nice hotel with connected restaurant. Next time will ask for the 4th floor. I could hear the room above me stomping around.

Great Place!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice. There were detailed upgrades that showed they really thought about having people be comfortable. I will say there were not enough towels in the bathroom and lighting could be better. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will return!

The room was very clean and in good condition. The window shades did a great job of blocking light. The breakfast had a variety of food including having enough gluten free options that my whole family had plenty to eat.

I loved the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathrooms. I've never been a fan of little soaps for hand washing. This was waaay more convenient. And, with hotels encouraging green practices like not washing laundry every day, etc, it's great to see the reduced plastic. The elevator was a little scary. It didn't stop me using it, but I may have said a little prayer every time.

I didn't like that there was a group of 5 young males running up and down the steps that decided to stop at our door straight across from the stairwell and knock VERY loudly that sacred the heck out of us in the middle of the day. As well as hearing other people talking as they walked past rooms, not much sound proofing. We checked out Saturday night instead of Sunday morning because if the noise was that loud at 4-7 pm I could only imagine what it would have been in the wee hours after bar close...

Used Mac and Cheese

I picked up macaroni and cheese from their market pantry but I started leaking on my shirt while I walked back to my room. Once I opened it to put it in the microwave I realized that the entire box had been opened before and that half of the box had been eaten by someone else... so gross Also, the elevators are broken but still operating. They make loud noises and bangs while they go up. Finally, it was 6:50 in the morning and there was no breakfast or coffee, the lights were out in the dining area, and guests were forced to sit in the dark. Very unlike my normal experience with other Holiday Inns. I wont stay again

Hi Adam,I'm so sorry for the confusion, you actually were not grabbing items from our market that we have available for guests. Those items were not for sale. Our breakfast also opens at 7am on the weekend, we usually have coffee available and some cold items ready to go earlier. Very friendly and responsive staff. Room was very clean as well. Bed and linen comfortable. Two types of pillows on bed to choose from. Only downfall was the premade (open and heat) generic breakfast They could buy from local shops and would make this a 10/10 place to stay
