This was a great place to stay in Toulouse, it’s a bit out of the old city but still easy to get anywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful - I was only in Toulouse for a very short time and they sent me to great restaurants and how to get around the city. Room was really nice with a mini fridge, water and hot pot and clean! I left the city with a great feeling about the people and place due to the people at this hotel!

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is a nice hotel but they don't maintain the equipment in the gym. The multi-station equipment in the gym is broken for a long time. They didn't fix it. This is unacceptable for a supposedly "5 ⭐' hotel.

I would recommend anyone staying at this hotel to verify that the air conditioning works before you check into the room. After we checked into our room, we tried to turn on the air conditioning. It didn’t work at all, had a repair man come to take a look and it was unfixable. Apon checking out of the hotel, I asked the front desk person a discount on the room, and was denied any form of discount. I was told that he would refer my issue with the manager, finally all that I was offered was a complementary voucher for two nights to be used within the year. This is exceeedingky unhelpful, as I live in Canada and dont have a chance to use these vouchers. I did explain this to the front desk person, but clearly he was not listening. I do not recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and efficient. All staff that we came across were really helpful. Our room was on the seventh floor, which is what we requested. The bed was super comfy, with plenty of storage space in the room. The bathroom is good, however it has a separate room for the toilet and which I found extremely wired a window in the bathroom facing the bedroom? The only problem we found was that the aircon was on a fixed setting unable to be turned down, which made the room unbearably hot. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return.

It bills itself as a 5-star hotel - it is not. It is a high 3-star, low 4-star hotel at best. They only had one person on at check-in time -- so had to wait 15 mins to check in -- and the room wasn't ready at the time so had to wait more time. The person at the front desk at the check-in didn't really know the area -- although the staff on Sunday was excellent. The beds are probably the worst I've ever encountered -- so soft like sleeping on a bouncy castle -- which is terrible for anyone that likes their spine. Was supposed to have a VIP experience with Expedia -- but no clue as to what that should have been as nothing was on offer to us. Would find a different hotel in Toulouse next time.

Second stay in two weeks. Our room this time was not remodeled as recently as our last stay, but very acceptable. The front desk staff are great and go above and beyond. We would stay again.

We were met by a pleasant member of staff who checked us in efficiently. We were not offered an upgrade but did receive complimentary wine. We got to our room on the 8th floor only to find that it smelled strongly of body odour. The room was generally the worse for wear and the carpets hadn't been vacuumed properly ... there were clumps of dirt around the periphery of the room and there was an unmentionable hair on one of the pillows (inside the case). The coffee cups for the nespresso machine hadn't been washed. I went down to complain about the smell and the coffee cups - the first things I had noticed at that stage. The same member of staff had had a change of personality. Now she couldn't have cared less and never apologised for our inconveniences. She spent some time talking to someone on the phone and eventually offered to downgrade our room to a double bed and sofa bed instead of the two double beds that we had booked and paid for - no compensation of any kind was offered. Her other suggestion was that she had someone spray the room with pefume to mask the obnoxious smell! Not quite the 5 star service and facilities we were hoping for on our trip away for our anniversary. To say we were disappointed just doesn't cut it. This is a case of The Emperor's New Clothes - see this hotel and staff for what it is - not a 5 star hotel!!!

Very nice hotel. All staff friendly and helpful. Only negative the shower not very good . I am not a fan of rainfall showers, which means I have to use the smaller handheld one. But other than that would highly recommend this hotel

The location is quite convenient to both the Capitole and long distance transport. The room was quiet except when the bar downstairs had some noise which the windows could not block. The staff is polite. There was a mistake where I requested sachets/tiny packets of instant coffee for making the coffee in the room (there is an electric kettle) after the first 2 they were in my room at check in were depleted. Instead I received a cup of espresso which sat in my room while I was out. And, on top of it, in spite of it not being what I wanted and in spite of me pointing out to the front desk this mistake, I got charged for it. I was ultimately able to get the sachets. So that was good. The final bill looked wrong, not only due to the espresso in the room but also because parking was charged twice on a given day. Luckily, the hotel had miscounted exactly one breakfast when I had guests over for breakfast, and it resulted in exactly the same amount ultimately (since breakfast = parking = 35 euros). So, while I ended up paying extra for an espresso that I didn’t need, the final bill is close enough that the cost of the mistake can be ignored. Overall, a satisfactory stay. I just didn’t expect such mistakes from a 5 star property.
