"If you have teenagers with you, beware of family pool closing at 9 pm. This leaves anyone up to 17 unable to use a pool after 9 pm. This was very disappointing as we were out all day and could not use the pool late at night. For the price charged and wanting a pool, it ended up being a waste of extra money for this reason. We had 14 and 17 year old and they had nothing to do and they weren’t going to go to bed at 9 pm on summer vacation. The adult pool is open until 11 pm and is only 18 and over."

"Unfortunately, the property was not on the same level as other properties advertised in the same category. The hallway carpet needs to be replaced and the elevator looks more like a freight elevator. When we got to our room the door lock was flipped so the room was open. So the bathroom lights and a lamp on, it looked like someone was in our room. It scared us. Nobody was in the room but it was still creepy with a curtain over a giant window looking into the shower from the bed. Our room did not have toilet paper - when we asked the desk, we were told the hotel ran out of toilet paper so we were to use tissues from tissue box they dropped off. Plus there was no hand soap - the front desk person tried his best with what he could access and that was an industrial looking jug of hand cleanser. The room was very hot and the portable air conditioner in the room was not adequate enough to make the room comfortable and it was loud. We travel often - at least once a month and this is the most disappointed we have been with a booking / room."
