Close to downtown but not worth what we payed.โพสต์เมื่อ 31 ส.ค. 2015
So number one be prepared to pay the valey parking cause your not going to find a spot. So that will run u about $40 a day.the Jacuzzi suit we stayed in was not as great as we thought it would be. It doesn't look like the picture on there site. It was roomy but could of been way more comfortable furniture. So that needs updating for sure. The king size bed was not that comfortable either. And the bedding was not that great. Could of been higher quality and there pillows were way to soft no support . They say its premium but its not. So that say sound proof room... i say ya right. I can hear noise in the halls all day and night. The Ben a/c is loud as hell. And at night there's the crazies shining loud at 3am where u literally have to yell out the window for them to shut up. And u probably want want to rent any of there movies cause there all $17.no tv guide so you won't know what show your watching other then what station your on. Windows were dirty with hand prints. The building needs new flooring and the walls could use a fresher look. Very tacky wall paper. And you will have the homeless bug u for spare change. My last night there i was at the restaurant bar that attached to the hotel and one guy came in asking everyone for spare change even when people are eating. Like come on. Security did come in shortly after but still. Wow. So all and all i won't be staying there again. Not worth the money.

Beautiful furnishings and decor!โพสต์เมื่อ 30 ส.ค. 2015
Most of the staff were very good; the Manager personally drove us to the CN tower and another time hailed us a cab in a hurry! The neighbourhood is a little sketchy but a few blocks walk to Dundas and Yonge St media centre and heart of downtown!

Very nice hotel in a bit of a sketchy area.โพสต์เมื่อ 28 ส.ค. 2015
ข้อดี: staff and the large clean room.
ข้อเสีย: Fitness area / pool needs a shower/change room, and the jacuzzi needs to be hotter.
สถานที่ตั้ง: It's about 3 blocks from Dundas Square, which is a nice area for walking. The area directly around the hotel seem to attract homeless types.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was large and comfortable. The location was fine during the day, but we didn't feel comfortable outside the hotel in the evening/night, although it was only a few blocks from Dundas Square. There was a small fitness foom, pool and jacuzzi, but the hot tub was luke-warm, the pool and fitness room were both very small, and there was no change room or shower room. Also, valet parking, although efficient and friendly, was $40/day.

I was actually booked into wrong hotel . Wasn't close to where I needed to be which I ended up paying for cabs . Beds were a bit firm but the only staff I saw / dealt with was very nice .

beautiful hotel!โพสต์เมื่อ 22 ส.ค. 2015
The rooms were beautiful, and they were huge! The staff was so awesome! Location was great only a 5 minute walk to the eaton center! Was a little far from the rogers center if you were to walk but over all i would totally stay here again!

Fairly conveniently located but area at night a bit sketchy. Comfortable enough room and friendly staff.
Great suite!โพสต์เมื่อ 10 ส.ค. 2015
ข้อดี: Staff was friendly and attentive.
ข้อเสีย: The fire alarm went off (false alarm) on the second night of our stay, it was annoying but handled quickly by staff and Toronto FD.
สถานที่ตั้ง: The neighborhood is sketchy at night, but in daylight hours it is a short walk to Eaton Centre and downtown.
My family and I stayed on the 7th floor in a suite. We have 2 adults, 4 school age children and a baby and it was a wonderful fit. The adult bedroom was wonderful, comfortable king size bed and Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. two of the kids stayed in the upstairs bedroom and the other two stayed in the living area on the sofa bed. The pool area was great and I highly recommend the on site breakfast even though it is not included with the stay (the food was great and the staff was friendly). I was put off by the mandatory valet parking that no one warned me about before I booked the hotel, but it wasn't a deal breaker by the end of the trip, I just would have appreciated the heads up about the extra $42 a day. Overall it was a great hotel. The business center was great too, I was in town for a conference and was able to prepare more than I expected at the hotel.

Decent location but rooms feel like prison cellโพสต์เมื่อ 4 ส.ค. 2015
ข้อดี: Location. Decent rate. Cheap parking across the street.
ข้อเสีย: Staff and service need to make up for the issues with the rooms (mentioned above) which are harder to fix.
สถานที่ตั้ง: Close to downtown. Restaurants nearby.
Small rooms and tiny windows that really made us feel claustrophobic. Room keys keep deactivating and when we go to the front desk, you get the accusatory question of "Did the key come close to a cell phone?". As ifs possible to keep cell phone away from anything these days. Wonder why other hotel keys don't have this problem (it's Aug 2015...cmon).
