The breakfast is pretty bad, so much so I didn't bother with it for the final two days. Digital check-in also means you have to figure out the room cleaning system by yourself.

I've used this hotel company before and haven't been this disappointed before. The staff were welcoming and kind but the facilities were dust-covered. My AC was spitting dust. There was dust coming from the air purifier. The carpet and behind the TV was dusty. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The bed feel damp and dusty. I won't be using this location again. Jimbocho station is close but difficult to get to from Tokyo station. Ochanomizu station feels like a long walk in the summer heat. The bookstores, food, and 2nd hand shops are the hotel were amazing but I don't think I'd recommend the hotel because of the cleanliness.

Great location, staff is very nice. However during cleaning, they lost one of my coasters that I got from a separate restaurant. I think it might have been thrown away during the cleaning process because I could not find it.

Very close to the metro, very good service, very helpful at the front desk, the hotel has a nice team that spoke English and Italian very well nice breakfast and full of restaurants and coffee shop around the hotel

Stay was perfect, completely meets my needs. Clean room, good shower, all amenities provided, close to station, nearby eateries. Only disadvantages is the inflexibility of check in and check out time.

Nice and clean, but WiFi service shockingly bad...
Great place but the WiFi was TERRIBLE. Being an avid business traveller this is a must for me and getting 600kb download speeds (when it was actually working) just killed the stay for me. They have a very insecure network (SSID same as password) which I think they need to take a long hard look at and fix before they lose customers

Good Hotel close to Tokyo Station
This is a good hotel close to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. The room is small but has everything you need in it. We found it very comfortable and the little bathtub suited us as we are small. It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was not that good and was next door at the Little Mermaid restaurant and consisted most of 3 different buns and a tiny yogurt. This could be improved upon. Also we had to leave early to catch a flight and they would not give us the buns ahead of the official breakfast time. They could have put them in a bag the night before but said I would have to buy them even though I had a voucher. This was the only complaint. They stored our luggage for us for two weeks. Lots of restaurants and shops all around the hotel. Overall I would recommend it. Reasonable price.

Great spot, clean, safe area. Breakfast next door is great - good coffee. Lots of great eating spots around. Close enough to walk to Tokyo city. Small room but everything you need, very friendly staff and laundry facilities are a bonus!

It was great.
The staff was very nice, the room very clean and comfortable...albeit small, but about what one would expect in Japan...and the location fantastic!! I’d definitely stay there again.

Small but very convenient place to stay
The Inn was a good choice. Good location. Many small local eating places for reasonably priced choice of meals. Several metro stations within walking distance. The locality is good for winter sport clothes and equipment. Breakfast was three different types of buns, a salad and a minute pot of yoghurt which was more than enough for me. The double room was very small but Would recommend the place if you are not expecting a 4/5 star accommodation.

The room was really very tiny so we immediately requested for an upgrade to another room. Thank God it was available. The room was cosy. Love the hudmifier, make the room less dry. The location is good as there are many great cafes/ restaurants around! It’s in the middle of a really pretty n quaint street with many convenience marts. We Especially love the restaurant just beside our hotel that serves great tempura
