It’s a three star hotel 15mins walk from the bright lights if Shinjuku and it’s fantastic transport connections to the rest of Tokyo and beyond! Small rooms but it’s Tokyo. Highly recommended! Cheers N

My kids and I were there the end of March and The room was stuffy. The windows didn’t open and the air conditioning was set so that it couldn’t go very low. The air was much cooler outdoors than in the rooms.

Excellent location, easy access to various places. The bathroom was small & very similar a cruise ship bathroom. Restaurants & convenient stores all on property.

Not cleanly as there was an edamame seed on the floor prior to my arrival.
