This hotel was situated at Shinjuku, but requires around 21 mins of walking from Shinjuku station. There are two other metro station nearby (Tochomae, 10mins walk and Nishi-shinjuku, 14 mins walk), both connected and sheltered walkway to the Shinjuku station. Metered taxis to and from Shinjuku/hotel costs below 1000yen. Bear in mind that the hotel taxi area is not sheltered.
The hotel is popular as the lobby area are often full of tourists. The twin room that we booked are small, but enough to open up 2 cabin sized luggage after shifting the furniture around in the room. Beds are clean and I like the small pillow that you can hug to sleep. I also like that the hotel room has an air deodorizer spray for your clothes, shoes...etc. Housekeeping (deep cleaning) is available once every 3 days.
The hotel has a bakery and a restaurant on site. I especially like the donuts from the bakery. Food at the restaurant was good and delicious. Hotel staff are very friendly and we borrowed umbrellas from the hotel as it was raining most of the time while we were in Tokyo.
