Convenient place and comfortable room

It’s really convenient to take JR or Tokyu line. There is a convenient store downstairs the hotel and Malls and department stores are just next to JR station.

Business hotel for mostly men but stayed there with my family of four, two kids age 8. Very convenient location with great neighborhood food options. Room and beds were small and it was a little tight. Clean and service was as expected for Japan.

Lovely room on the premium floors had a massage chair and a view of Fujisan! So beautiful at night. Free drip coffee bags in the lobby, connects on to 7-11 on ground floor. Full Japanese breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money hotel overall. Will need 100 yen change for the laundromat as there were no change machines and the vending machines are frequently out of change.

The bed spring is abit old as could hear the springy sound once sitting on the bed. The room services need to be improved as they didnt help to clean up the table in the room. The bedsheet was not properly tidied up too. Overall, the location of the hotel is very convenient and staff was polite.

駅から近くて一階にはコンビニも入っているので、とても便利で良かったです！ ただ、エレベーターやチェックイン機がちょっと面倒で､､､。チェックイン機は入力ミスしてもすぐスタッフさんが来てくれるので助かりましたが、あれだと結局スタッフさんの手間が省けないのではないかなと思いました。また、エレベーターですが『セキュリティを外してからお乗りください』というようなことだけ言われ、つい『はい』と言ってしまったもののやり方はさっぱり分からず､､､同じやり方のホテルに泊まったことがあったのでエレベーターに乗ってあたふたしてからやっと気づいて使えるようになりました。 使い方のわからない方が他にもいらっしゃったので手助けしましたが、せめてセキュリティ解除のやり方を最初に教えてもらえていたらなぁと思いました。

チェックインが非常に煩雑。手書きの方がよっぽど良い。宿泊の前後にどこに滞在するかをなぜ知らせないといけないかわからない。宿泊階に行くのにカードキーをエレベーター内でタッチが必要なことの説明かなかった。ベッド、アメニティ他施設は非常に満足だっただけに残念だった。

部屋は清潔でスペースも十分に確保できる広さがあり、使い勝手が良かった。 線路側の部屋だったので窓から電車も見えて子供は楽しかったようです。 朝食会場もとても綺麗で落ち着く感じでした。 どのメニューもたいへん美味しく、レベルが高かったです。 少し残念だったのは自動チェックイン機が手間取り時間がかかったのと、スタッフの挨拶があまり聞こえてこなかったことです。

Good hotel

The hotel is nice and clean, very close to a meteo station and has a 7-eleven downstairs, overall great, only complain,bed was very small for 3 people (wife and son), and at the website says the room is for 3.
