This hotel was only a 5-minute walk from the train station. Very easy to get around and has a lot of restaurants nearby to eat at. I loved the onsen inside the hotel it was very relaxing after a long day of walking I would totally come back here again.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Room was well designed, comfortable and had plenty of plugs and amenities (fridge, kettle, glasses/cups). The room was small but we had no issues. Spa and breakfast were very good. Hotel was quiet to be in the bustling Shimbashi restaurant/nightlife area. Easy access to both Shimbashi and Toronomon. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel! We really liked everything about this place: service, room, amenities, and location! About a ten minute walk from the train station, it was easy to get around. Also, there was a lot of bars, convenience stores, restaurants, and activity just around the hotel. I especially enjoyed the onsen (spa) - with my jet lag, I appreciated that it was open all night, so I could relax after a long day of travel. I certainly would recommend this hotel when visiting Tokyo on a budget!

Highly recommend

Customer service was great. They spoke English well and were friendly and welcoming. The servers for breakfast were kind and helpful. I enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. Great selection, convenient hours, enjoyable setting. I really liked my stay here. Highly recommend this hotel. One advice, the lobby is on the 11th floor.

This was our first visit to Japan. I expected hotel rooms to be small based on what I read. Ours was tiny. Two small beds were pushed toether in the center of the room, with a futon up against the window. It would have been difficult for four people (2 adults + 2 younger kids) to sleep here if that futon had not been available. Everything was very clean. Bathroom had a high tech toilet. We were in a corner, which meant we got two huge windows for a great city view. Elevators were small but fast. Desk and dining staff was friendly. Our breakfast was included in the rate. This was easily the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel anywhere. Mix of both Western and Asian dishes, pastries, casseroles, etc.

Property and service are excellent. Travelled with family (14 and 11 yo kids) corner room was cramped for us no closets for our luggages. Luxurious amenities, spa, toiletries including linens and pillows. Would not recommend as family home base when in the area. Surrounded by bars but pretty much safe. Shimbashi station about 10 minute walk

Staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Room was a twin with added bed for child however there wasn't a 3rd bed it was a window seat chaise lounge type thing which wasn't made up (maybe they thought we'd share one of the singles) The room was smell with only room to open 1 suitcase on the stand and 1 on the floor leaving no room to move around the room. Area very good for sights and transport to anywhere in the city and the airport.
