Muy descuidado pero con buen servicio y alimentos.
Cuando lo visite en familia en el 2001 que era de grupo MAEVA al igual que el de Manzanillo era un hotel o resort todo incluido que lo superaba el de Manzanillo en animación y en espectaculos nocturnos e instalaciones pero considerando que el precio es menor no estaba mal pero este fin del 2023 que regreso con mi familia me encontre con un hotel muy descuidado con cero mantenimiento en general desde las puertas de acceso a todas las areas comunes en especial del sanitarios y un poco las habitaciones , el servicio del personal es bueno se esmeran por atenderte, la comida es variada , suficiente y con buen sazon pero en el reestaurante Maria Cata que acudi por el numero de nocches a comida y cena el primer dia se les termino el filete de res y el segundo el pollo ??? por lo que ordene algo diferente es increible pero cierto en general es un hotel regular que deberian de vender o comprar una cadana como IHG , Hampton Inn, Camino Real u otro y rescatarlo del abandono y descuido de decadas !!!

Instalaciones de alberca súper cool!
En general bien, las albercas e instalaciones de playa .. muy buenas.. solo les falta modernizar un poco los baños y poner mobiliario en el Balcón para sentarse y pasar un rato agradable .

The room was clean. The air conditioning was pretty noisy. There is evidence of mold everywhere. The hallways are dark and it seems that you are walking inside a Fransiscan convent or monastery. The room is old and it does not have enough furniture. The parking lot is medium size. There is a group of coaties walking around the parking lot and the lobby. They do not look aggressive but I keep my distance from them because it is a family of around 10 animals. There is nothing around the hotel. You need a taxi or a car

El servicio por parte del personal es excelente, el único tema es que hace falta darle un adecuado mantenimiento a las instalaciones, porque es notorio el deterioro normal por el uso y el paso del tiempo. Fuera de ello, recomendable.

No habia luz (entendible por los fuertes vientos) pero esperaría que tuvieran planta de luz. Por esa misma razón tuve que subir al 2do piso con una adulta mayor de 80 años. No había toallas en la habitación y cuando regresó la electricidad no servían varias lámparas.

No es lo que se ofrece.la limpieza muy mala. No nos dejaron toallas ni papel de baño ni los artículos para baño. . La pedí en recepción y tardaron mucho en llegar. Las sábanas sucias nos la dejaron en la habitación. Las reportamos y nunca las recogieron. Los horarios del restaurante no son los indicados.

Nice beech but the rooms were nasty.
The pools and the private beech were awesome. The rooms were old and dirty. The toilet was leaking from the bottom.

El exterior del edificio es muy bueno. Las condiciones de la habitacion es deprimente. todo demasiado viejo, las toallas parecian jergas de limpieza, las sabanas estaban de color obscuro vs blanco. el piso sucio. Parecia que estaba en un motel de paso en un pueblo perdido en el desierto de California. Lo unico bueno fue el servicio del personal (muy bueno)

La habitación tenía detalles, se tapaba la regadera, tardaba en salir el agua caliente, la comida dejó mucho que desear, estaba fría y algo dura, así como insípida. Dijeron que la alberca estaba climatizada y no fue así. Les falta mejorar o recuperar lo que alguna vez fueron. Gracias

No es lo que me esperaba. El hotel luce antiguo. Urge remodelación en pasillos y habitaciones, hay desperfectos en las habitaciones. Hay que cruzar un puente para llegar a la playa, lo cual complica a personas con dificultad con su movilidad, mamás con bebés (carreolas) y adultos mayores, pues hay muchas escaleras. El personal puede ser más atento. Los chicos de animación por las noches le ponen muchas ganas pero solo hacen concursos básicos, no hay shows como en otros hoteles. Hay un solo restaurante con opciones limitadas para comer, falta más variedad.

Worst experience ever
This is one of the few hotels that have a private beach on Madero, this hotel was magnificent like 20 years ago , now needs a lot of maintenance, the floor is cracked there are spots that still have the title broken and the luggage gets caught in them, the walls are dirty, also the furniture inside the room. The rooms are so sad , the towels are gray bc they are super old (like the ones that we give to our pets) they don’t have wifi. The bathroom is old old , so old that you can hear the plumbing making noises. The food is edible, noting to remember. The “all inclusive” has one choice of beer without paying. I had an incident where I “lost” my phone , and the security manager was so horrible with me and was just telling me that the service didn’t take it , when I was just arriving and I had talked only with 2 persons ( one at the towel for the pools and the other on the bar at the beach) , so she didn’t help. The reception manager was the one who helped me, I had to call the police so I could go and file a demand so they could investigate an check the cameras bc the security manager didn’t want to do it. I called my number and they turned it of. Th next day when I was going to the police they “found it “ . So my experience was so awful, I will never recommend, and never return again.

El hotel esta muy descuidado, las habitaciones sucias. No hay internet más que en el lobby, no hubo agua caliente un día, el aire acondicionado huele a humo. La comida es muy limitada eb cuanto a opciones y con sabor muy equis, el staff no está disponible para ayudar y sobretodo en recepción son bastante mal encarados. Las toallas son super viejas y manchadas. La playa del hotel tiene basura y En resumen no es recomendable

Todo super bien, y la comida deliciosa. Entretenimiento todo el día y en la noche espectáculo y después a la disco. Todo sin salir del hotel 😊 Y para nada extrañe o ocupe internet en la habitación.
