An okay place for a night or two.
This hotel was exactly what you would expect from an inexpensive roadside motel. The room was clean, the furnishings were adequate and the service was friendly. The one unexpected bonus was a small fridge with a freezer which actually kept our freezer pack frozen. The air conditioner worked well. The whole place could use a makeover but I was not expecting luxury at $55 a night.The bed was comfortable for one person, I’m not sure how it would’ve been with two people in it. I would stay here again for a night or two.

Think twice before you reserve a room!
The motel was old and shabby however our room was clean so we stayed. There were little things wrong everywhere.THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST -false advertising in their amenities. There has been NO BREAKFAST SINCE THE PANDEMIC STARTED 2 1/2 YEARS AGO. They are still using the same excuse. We were extremely annoyed with the fact that they didn’t update their advertisement that they no longer provide breakfast with your stay.

I like that it wasn’t in a crowded city area. I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t updated for technology. No USB avails and limited places to plug in. There was a phone but it has no cord to call anywhere. The vending machines near the ice maker were out of order. My non-smoking room was good but the hallway reaked of past smokers.

dont stay here
time to dump some money in that place. carpet was filthy, windows wouldnt stay open, toilet seat needed to be replaced, bathroom door didnt close, decor was from early 90's

Building is pretty run down. Bathroom door was too “swollen” to close, fan cover missing, it took couple of tries to securely close the main room door. All could be overlooked if the mattress had provided cosy comfort and good night sleep, it didn’t. All smelled musty, and of other smoking induced odors. The room was said to be a smoke free one but it was on second floor up against outermost wall just where all the smokers gather (I was surprised they paid back the upfront $50 they charged during check in ) On parking lot they store a crappie, flat tired vehicle with no plates - enhancing insecurities, in my opinion. The desk attendant was polite and lovely.

Very clean bathroom and the bed was comfortable. My only problems were two. First, the TV service had no news channel whatsoever. I cycled through them twice to make sure. Second, the wifi in my room was totally unusable for ANYTHING.

Its name is "Executive East Syracuse Hotel", and their was nothing Executive about it. Pass operated doors doesn't work (staff knew about it). Facility REEKS of marijuana from the very moment you walk through the door. The room floor was filthy. THEN, when I went to add an extra day (stayed in town longer), they wanted to charge me double. So, I went next door; which was a much more cleanly facility. Yeah... this is a "Never again" for me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone I like.

It was ok
The place was ok, nothing to write home about. The gentleman at the check in was friendly and made sure i didn't have any questions. The unit was in a bit of disrepair but for the price i guess i can't complain.

It was nice and quite. The room itself was not so good. The bed spread had holes in it. Their was missing paint on the walls. The wall also had screws sticking out of them. Above the shower was mold. The carpet had burn holds in it.
