The idea of creating a hotel without reception is a nice idea, but in this case it was not done properly. Check in was supposed to be via the app, which then didnt work. At the check in time someone arrived and open the door manually for us and said, that the app is not working / in use currently. This was no were written before.

Exactly what you need

This stay was everything I hoped for, a cosy spot for singles and couples just to lay back and relax. Lives up to its name because its deceivingly comfortable, perhaps the lack of windows helps you to lose track of time too! Eitherways, very enjoyable stay and happy sleep, thank you

Check in was relatively easy. The hotel key app on my phone did not work so I was issued a physical room key. Room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Very central location and close to Tunnelbana and Central Station.

Great budget hotel for Stockholm in Hotorget

Great stay, only inconvenience was that the app didn’t work so I couldn’t get in via the keyless entry. Had to find the number, call their sister hotel and walk a 2km round trip to get a hotel room key. Hotel was nice about the issue and offered me a coffee and water.

Convenient but check-in technology is terrible

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. It is incredibly convenient for my work in the centre of Stockholm, and once checked-in there is nothing really to comment on, everything works as expected; the water was hot in the hot tap, cold in the cold tap, good pressure from the shower. Wifi stays connected. The quirky decoration is quite fun the first time, but by the fourth you notice that the random bowler hat hanging from the ceiling is really rather dusty... About the check-in though - as I said, I have stayed here four times now, and the app that is supposed to contain your key and allow for a seamless check-in has never worked on any of these visits. I can't fault the staff who have always appeared within a couple of minutes to by-pass the system and let me in and provide a physical keycard instead of the digital thing in the app, but the impression remains that the technology doesn't work and that maybe running a hotel without people isn't such a brilliant concept anyway. Also, when you are inevitably locked out and floundering on Kungsgatan, there is a number to call in the app, but there is no option to click that number or even copy the text to paste onto the keypad on your mobile. Infuriating to have to go back and forth between the dial pad and the app to make a phone call that you didn't want to have to make in the first place.

Their app is a joke. You can not get door open. The "key" will NOT appear in the app. Ever. A group of us were stuck outside with the same issues. I called. Once i got in. The passport reader did not work. Nothing technologically worked ever. The TV seemed cool. But flight and train times thru tv did not work. The alarm did not work. Stay away. You will never get in! The idea in theory sounds good. No execution. GM and IT people should be fired tomorrow. Cleaning crew was good. Stay somewhere with a lobby and front desk.

Room was small but clean. Bathroom was a decent size for such a small room. The only issue was that the cleaner kept coming into the room when we were still there but after we explained that we had until Noon to check out she never came back to bother us.

Vi visste ju att där inte fanns fönster, gjorde inte oss nånting för instängdhets känslan. Mörkt och bra att sova i, men saknade fönster på morgonen för att se hur vädret var. Gick ut och tittade så det funkade så med. Låg centralt och bra, nära till det mesta.

Sisäänkirjautuminen ei toiminut sovelluksella, mutta hotellilla oli henkilökuntaa paikalla sisäänkirjautuessa. Huone oli siisti mutta erittäin ahdas, huoneessa ei tasoja missä säilyttää tavaroita tai tuoleja millä istua. Soveltuu nukkumiseen hyvin.

Hinta-laatusuhde loistava

Kaikin puolin hyvä ja toimiva systeemi, mutta koska varasimme Hotelsin kautta majoituksen, emme päässeet kirjautumaan sovellukseen. Saimme kuitenkin hyvät ohjeet miten toimia, menimme sisarhotellille, josta saimme avainkortit. Ikkunaton huone ei haitannut, kaikki mitä tarvitsee nukkumiseen. Ei siellä toki päivisin kiinnostanut hengailla, mutta soveltuu hyvin lyhyeen käyntiin.

Incheckning fungerade ej i appen. Personalen på plats var ganska öppen på att han inte kunde mycket och var ny, lite oproffsigt (men trevlig!). Väggen till badrummet var glas och dimmad, men inte tillräckligt. Att se någon gå på toa känns fel. Det var extremt dåligt ljudisolerat till hallen utanför rummet. Man hörde varje fotsteg eller dörr som öppnades och stängdes. Riktigt bra ställe om man behöver en plats för natten, men inte bryr sig om något mer än det.

Syns temperaturen var greit men blir ganske klamt når det ikke er noen vindu og man er med en annen person. Ellers veldig god og myk seng, har vært noen spots på badet som ikke var så rent som feks do lokket. Alt i alt har jeg og min vennine vært veldig fornøyde, alt lå veldig nære oss.

Kein Personal im Hotel. Als ich ankam war die App kaput. Ich konnte mich nicht anmelden, und musste 15m ins "Schwesterhotel" gehen, um einzuchecken und die Schlüsselkarte abzuholen. Dann, am nächsten Tag, war die Karte auch kaputt. Zimmer sind klein und die Bettdecken nicht so gemütlich. Kein Schreibtisch oder Kommode befand sich im Zimmer.

Small, and not ideal if you’ve got a lot of wardrobe you need to unpack, but the location is superb, the rooms are super clean, fresh and comfortable, with a nice queen size bed in the single room, a TV you can connect to via Bluetooth and stream Netflix etc from your own devices, and a super fresh bathroom - with great water pressure. (Traveling as much as I do, good water pressure in the hotel showers become one of those things you really appreciate haha…) Yes - it would be nice with some amenities like a coffee maker or a small fridge, maybe one or two drawers, but for the price you pay, it’s more than enough, and there are an abundance of places to go get everything you might, right on your doorstep, so you’re never in any dire need. The “no windows situation” might feel odd to some, but it’s actually really nice to sleep in pitch black, and the bathroom has got a night light if you need to get up during the night, so you won’t stumble around in the dark for very long. Wholeheartedly recommend, and will stay here many more times in the future I’m sure!
