Our bed sheet had a hole in it and one of the towels provided had a yellow stain in it. And it was a bit confusing to find the property. The sign has not been changed over from HG Guest House to AmeriStay Inn.

Even after booking online we had to put a 100 deposit down the sheets smelt like they weren’t changed the shower wouldn’t drain we stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in the toilet wobbled the tv didn’t work and the room wasn’t clean

Nobody cleaned the ground and there was ice. The gas station beside was clean. They could have done this. The door to the room had broken the security lock

The motel was very noisy due to traffic , the beds were hard and never a had a mattress protector on the bed. I was bitten multiple times by bed bugs and there was no breakfast as advertised. I stayed in room 124 .

I was unable to get a refund for the room I didn’t stay in. The desk clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. The room stunk to high heaven. Latch lock was broke from the wall. Unsafe feeling.

I appreciated the courtesy of the staff very much. The room was very pleasant, clean. Nice decor. Shelf for the towels coming out of the wall. Dusting needed around vents. Bathroom door too swollen to close. Holes in the shower need patching - afraid of cameras. Fridge a little noisy at night. The lounge chair faded and worn. Biggest complaint is the quality of the bed. Very uncomfortable.

Room was clean but a little rough. We checked in late (dark out) and it was hard to find a light that would turn on when we came in. The switch by the door didn’t work. One lamp wasn’t plugged in and we had to unplug the refrigerator to be able to use it. The toilet paper holder seemed like it might fall out of the wall. The door had a deadbolt and we felt safe but the safety lock at the top of the door was broken/couldn’t work. We were too tired to ask to change rooms but ours could have used some attention.

The condition of the room was very below standard and we were unable to stay there. The furniture was dirty and in disrepair. The TV didn't work. It felt unsafe to be there in the day so we felt like we would not be able to stay the night.

I overlooked the bad reviews about the cleanliness and broken locks (which were correct) because of the location convenience for us and the fact that it had a pool for our kids...the pool was closed down. We are really frustrated that they advertised a pool and didn't actually have it in working order. Definitely not worth the $120 for the night and not fair to advertise and have people pay for it and not be able to provide, bad business in my opinion.

Room was very uncomfortable due to front door barely closed at the bottom allowing bugs to come in. Bathroom faucet was a struggle to turn on and off. Refrigerator didn't work so I wasn't able to store bottled water or drinks in the fridge or my leftover food to stay cool and fresh. And you could hear traffic coming and going all night at the location of the Hotel. I regret booking to stay at this Hotel. It was a Hotel from Hell for me. Thank God I survived the night.

The chairs in the room were in awful shape, dirty and ripped. The towels and wash rags were gray instead of white. There were 3 different nail holes where the chain was on the door from it being ripped off and put back on. How they made this place look nice on the website is beyond me!

The door wasn’t secure. There were screws missing. I feel someone could have easily kicked it open. If I would have got bit by bed bugs i would definitely request a refund but all I did was itch rather it was bed bug parinoia. This property shouldn’t be on Expedia I would only pay $30 for this I couldn’t believe the listed price.

Loves truck stop nearby was handy. Sink faucet, toilet handle, bathroom door handle all loose. Free breakfast was banana and pastries. Expedia room charge as promised - then $25 added "for incidentals. All room items: toilet paper, tissue, soap, coffee creamer - cheapest value items. Bed bugs!

Disgusting Filth
Upon arrival, we noticed several unacceptable conditions of the room. First being how the front door would not close, allowing the below freezing temperatures into the room. So much so the heating in the room did nothing to combat. Second being the numerous human bodily fluid stains covering the sheets and furniture. It was a disgusting and hazardous environment and we requested a refund, to which the property denied. We paid for a livable space for the night and we were not given that nor were we reimbursed. We stayed at the motel 6 down the road. We will be contacting the property higher management and will look into legal action if we cannot get the almost $70 we spent on this pig pen they call a hotel.

We chose this location because it advertised a gym on site. Evidently there has not been one there for about 5 years! Please update the listing. Breakfasts was also very disappointing, everything was stale.

Property not as pictured, or very old picture. Shared parking with smoke shop, massage business, and mexican restaurant. As there had been snow just a day before, ice hazards in parking lots. Coffee pot in room, but no coffee. No TV guide in room, to know what was local channels. Room was sufficient, but did notice that the headboard attached to wall, was very dusty. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a backed up sewer the next morning, so coffee only in lobby.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and the house keepers are extra nosey.

Sorry, for inconvenience Should have told front desk had 4 pets at check-in. We do accept pets with fee which you did not want to pay and got your refund and Left.
