We are sorry that you were confused about the check-in time but it is at 3 pm on the day of arrival booked. Checkout time is at 11 am on the day of departure. As explained when you arrived after midnight on your scheduled day of arrival, we did not have any rooms and you asked to contact the booking agent who made your reservation because we were sold out and did not have any rooms available.
