Loved the pool area and how nice and peaceful it was compared to Jaco. Love seeing the birds flying around and the jungle.

The room was clean. The air conditioning in our room worked but was an older unit so made a lot of noise. The pool is beautiful and clean. The food in the restaurant on the grounds was not as good as it has been and we have stayed there for the last 5 years.

Room was clean. Maintenance replaced the hair dryer promply as it did not work. No hand rowels, only 2 bath towels. Restaurant was expensive and only average quality. No pizza bar as advertised. Breakfast was ok.

Very pretty property that isn’t kept up well. Had maintenance for plumbing issues twice. Toilet ran constantly. It basically screamed 24/7

This is an excellent value. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was like an expensive resort at a great non-resort price. Definitely look forward to staying again when we're back in Golfito.

Please forgive me; her name escapes me at check in. She was so welcoming. The same with the staff at breakfast. They engaged in conversation with you were very helpful. The customer service at this hotel was extremely excellent. The staff are professional kind outgoing and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well laid out. If you choose not sight see you can spend a great day enjoying the pool and all the hotel has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Ninguna queja en la recepción, la dama Sophia con un excelente servicio al cliente . El tema de las instalaciones me queda debiendo sobre todo el tema de la piscina que al haber pase del día generalmente llega demasiada gente y uno que otro pasado de tragos lo cual genera un muy mal ambiente. Por otro lado el tema del restaurante es simplemente caótico, demasiado tiempo en atender y servir ( no lo vuelvo a repetir) .

Good with great potential
In overall is a nice place. Has good amenities and the rooms are very comfortable. A few things could be improved like: There was REALLY BAD WiFi signal from the rooms in the lower ground floor. Something like this could be fixed with a repeater. The restaurant took around 30 minutes to deliver us dinner. Then 10 minutes to take our bill. Food was good but very slow service. In overall, my family enjoyed and will probably be back when staying in town. Those two little details didn't matter much but could be improved so the service is 10/10

Muy buen hotel, el mejor de la zona, sin embargo, el servicio de restaurante es lento, les recomiendo mejorar en los tiempos de atención. Las piscinas están en excelente estado. La habitación asignada tenía la cerradura de la puerta estaba dañada y la tubería del lavabo no funcionaba.

La relación costo-beneficio no es la mejor. El lavatorio no tenía agua fría, el televisor era demasiado pequeño para el tamaño del cuarto y no había un refrigerador pequeño en el cuarto. El dormitorio si tiene un tamaño bastante cómodo.
