We paid extra for a room with a king bed and only got a queen size. We were told the queen size is there normal king bed , let we don’t know the difference.

The room is very clean and has pretty much we needed but the guys next room is very noisy

Erika the clerk was very nice. I woke up from a bug crawling on me. I marked the sheet to see if housekeeping changed my sheets and sure enough my sheets were never changed. First day I checked in cops wrestled an addict to the floor and took him away. A lot of addicts around the property. Very loud you can hear people’s TV’s and literal conversations word for word. They were remodeling so there is trash old furniture everywhere. Contractors worked til 9-10.

Staff of 3 just keyed and opened my door without notice. Construction was going on all around. I was constantly hearing banging from the walls, the voices of the staff were loud and they were oblivious as to the noise disturbance they were causing. The room phones are broken. I checked out within 2 hours of checking in.

The toilet was dirty as in someone had used it to go # 2, and then it wasn’t properly cleaned before I arrived, and then it stopped working all together, so calling it a ‘Quality Inn’ is really a misnomer.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! FULL OF LOSERS STAYING HERE!
Worst stay ever! The people staying at this place were all ghetto and losers. They put us in a room on the 2nd floor. The ghettos next door talked all thru the night even though we knocked the walls…then later they smoked marijuana and it stank the whole area! We had to tell the front desk in the morning and they kicked them out!! The rest of the hotel rooms were not any better!! You can smell ghettoness and marijuana thru out the place! I could not slept thru all this! Pls be aware and not stay here … especially with kids!! Minus 0 points !!!

Room was nice and clean. Hallway walls looked like it was getting painted/repaired. We were on the 1st floor, turned the heat on and it smelt like urine. Not sure if this was an area where homeless people roam and they just decide to be little punks by urinating on heating/ac units. Shower was just hot hot water. When I turned in the shower faucet, water was greyish but eventually became clear. It was cold at first but afterwards it was just Hot. Tried to turn it to cold, but nothing. Maybe get that checked.

Property was filthy. Linen on the bed was stained in several places. There was trash in the hallway and on the carpet. It was obvious the property was not cleaned for a long time. Carpets were dirty throughout the hallways.

I like the way the receptionist welcomed me. Breakfast was horrible. Pan cake dispenser did not work. Second night, at 2 am, my sleep was disturbed by a loud sound from a pipe after the person above me on the second floor flushed the toilet, associated with every 15 minute walking, dropping things sometimes running movements.

This place doesn't have an elevator so anyone who has problems with climbing stairs shouldn't stay here unless they have rooms available on the first floor. I had a problem with my room ac unit and although the maintenance guy responded in a timely manner and fixed the problem, i didn't appreciate him turning my camera down i take for security purposes when i stay in hotels.
