Very noisy. It's next to a very busy road and the noise is even throughout the night. It's a deal-breaker for me. So we didn't stay one more night as we were thinking about it. One of the female staff at breakfast was very rude. The breakfast wasn't included and we thought that like in all other hotels we'd pay for it at the checkout. But as we were leaving the dining hall, she loudly shouted breakfast and pointed at her cash register. I asked can we pay when we checkout. She rudely said: No, now! Eventually, their machine couldn't take our card and we had to go to the reception. I asked the receptionist did we have to pay at the dining hall. He said, no. That woman serving at the restaurant should be sent for a major retraining. She was morose during the breakfast itself too - unwillingly showed where things were, etc.

This was a very nice hotel, hot because there is no AC. The grounds were very lovely, but the restaurant was a little strange. But the food was overall good.

Hotel fantástico! Um chalé com uma vista linda e um jardim aconchegante. Quarto amplo, banheiro também! Restaurante com bom café da manhã e um spa bem legal! Funcionários muito bem receptivos!

Llegamos y nos dijeron que entraba desayuno,la habitación mucha calor,la piscina estaba a tope y sin hamacas todas ocupadas con la toalla ,hormigas en la cama ,no creo que volvamos ,el desayuno nos han cobrado 13€ por persona y era vulgar.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They had a kids club with childcare and a free shuttle to the ski resort. The shopping center wasn’t too far either. We prepaid for breakfast and we were pleased with the selection of food.

Super séjour hôtel top dommage que les petits chiens ne soient pas admis dans les suites. Il faut le signaler sur votre plate forme. Obligé de se rabattre sur une chambre standard et c’est dommage.

Hôtel bien situé, propre et bien entretenu. Chambre insonorisée, bruit de voiture et de déplacement de meubles tous les jours dès 7h du matin Personnel compétent, polyglotte et aimable. Spa correct et petit déj très complet Chemin de randonnées et stations de ski à proximité. Parking gratuit et navette au départ de l'hôtel

Pros: - Location; only 5-10 min drive to the main city centre with all its shops, close enough to benefit from the city life but away from the hustle and bustle. Also very close to La Massana. - Spacious room - Modern and clean room and bathrooms - Great views - The premises are really nice; nice landscaping - Free parking. Extra parking lot across the street as well in case the parking is full. - Friendly and helpful staff; they were able to help me organize a Caldea spa visit. - Elevator - Fridge in room Cons: - Could benefit from improving soundproofing. It was mentioned in other reviews. We could hear what was going on in neighboring rooms and hallways. - The pillows were particularly uncomfortable (this is not something I usually note) - If not coming by car, it is a little bit of a climb from the main road, where the bus drops you off (the bus system is great in Andorra by the way!) Overall we had an excellent stay, it was a great value for money and we highly recommend it!

Mooie uitvalbasis om Andorra te ontdekken

Mooi net hotel met goed ontbijt. Lobby mag gezelliger aangekleed worden en vaker worden schoongemaakt. Maar 1 koffieautomaat die niet op een handige plek staat. Sommige producten (bv jam) waren al op voordat ontbijt begon. Efficiëntie was soms ver te zoeken bij personeel. Maar kamers, bedden en badkamer prima! Mooie tijd gehad in Andorra!

Sehr gut

Hotel außerhalb der Stadt, schöne große Zimmer, modernes Bad, Frühstück ist top, Abendessen sehr gut, Pool im Park sehr schön. Parkplätze sind zu wenig vorhanden wenn Feierlichkeiten stattfinden. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist morgens zu wenig.

Bastante bien, repetiríamos

La experiencia en este hotel fue bastante buena. El desayuno bien, la habitación espaciosa, el baño también muy espacioso y vistas muy bonitas a la montaña. El spa muy pequeño pero funcional, nos gustó también (1h más que suficiente). El parking también estupendo, bastante espacio para coches e incluso cuando más coches había siempre encontramos algún sitio. La cama de la habitación quizá algo dura para mi gusto y la primera noche pasamos muchísimo calor (no hay aire acondicionado), pero se solucionó abriendo las ventanas de par en par y esperando un poco. Lo peor de la estancia no es algo que el hotel pueda controlar: ruido en las habitaciones contiguas, gente gritando por los pasillos a deshoras, en la planta 3 la primera noche sobre las 00:00 de la noche una habitación sin número y la de enfrente tenían las puertas abiertas con música tecno a todo volumen... (no entiendo la mala educación de la gente en este sentido, pero lo dicho, nada que venga directamente del hotel). En general, sí repetiríamos, supongo que tuvimos mala suerte con habitaciones contiguas/planta 3.

Great place to get away from the cold mountains. Only missed temperature control for room for occupants with hours of heat working and need a room card key to keep electricity on. Great spa access with restaurant and friendly reception with Sofia! Great views!

Bel établissement mais ne tient pas ses promesses

Bel établissement globalement, mais une rénovation qui commence à marquer le coup. Il nous a fallu faire changer la chambre qui nous était attribuée, car elle ne comportait que 2 lits simples... nous devions avoir une chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 lits simples... Nous avons eu au final une chambre avec un seul lit double. Des marques et coups dans les peintures, une porte coulissante de la salle de bains en bois vraiment très dure à tirer. Chambre assez sombre, avec vue montagne, mais surtout sur l'arrière cour de l'hôtel (malgré un 3e étage). Une literie très dure offrant néanmoins un assez bon confort. Nous entendions tout par la porte de la chambre et aussi l'ascenseur ! Le gros point négatif de la chambre a été la température : impossible à régler, il faisait vraiment beaucoup trop chaud ! Nous avons dormi la fenêtre entrouverte... La partie SPA, sauna : spacieuse, mais avec des prestations pour nous pas à la hauteur (un banc dans les vestiaires très bringuebalant notamment), un entretien laissant à désirer : une sorte d'écume à la surface de l'eau du SPA ; des carrelages entre les cailloux autour du spa et les baies vitrées marqués par ce qui pourrait être du calcaire... Côté petit déjeuner, un choix vraiment restreint et de qualité très moyenne : des oeufs cuits froids ; du "bacon" qui n'en a à peine l'aspect. Suffisant pour un WE, mais certainement pas pour ceux qui viendraient passer une semaine... En résumé, nous avons été plutôt déçus par l'établissement.
