We regret to read your comments regarding the room humidity as this was due to the seasonal rain that had affected us. The AC and ventilation system at certain points unable to help cope and maintain the surrounding air. Our AC contractor is currently working to rectify the system so as to allow it to run smoothly and efficiently to maintain a balance air flow. We are doing our utmost to ensure our guests are comfortable with their stay. Our plan is in the pipeline to carry out a refurbishment soon for our property and we sincerely hope you would consider giving us the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you a much better impression of our hotel in the not too distant future.
