All should be good except the hotel was under renovation when we visited. They should have informed us prior to booking that there would be unbearable noices and trembling felt and heard in our room from 9a.m. to 6 p.m. so that we would not choose it in the first place. The room with that disturbance should not be sold to anyone except those who plan to leave the room during the day.
The room is very clean. Officers are friendly and very polite. Spectacular interior. The next time I visited Singapore I will definitely come back here.
The shower stall needs to be redesigned ao that the water doesn’t splash out on the floor.
Good customer service on check in and all housekeeping requests promptly addressed.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was the fire alarm would go off in our rooms and throughout the facility everyday multiple times a day. There was something wrong with the elevators one of the days, and we were on the 6th and 8th floor, and had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with a toddler. The breakfast buffet was worth it atleast once to go try out, especially when you are still jetlagged and are up early when everythjng other than 711 or a coffee shop in the mall js open.

would have liked a room with a pool view not the wall leading to it, Staff offered new room but that was three days later, I have stayed at this hotel 6 times it just needs to clean up the rooms and offer the some of the old bits, food was good,staff did everything for you,Just the hotel a bit tired

The facilities are excellent but I rated the condition of the property a 3 because the ceiling in the dining area needs some tlc. We always choose to stay at this hotel when we’re in Singapore. The rooms are big/spacious and very comfortable.

There is insufficient light in the rooms making it difficult to see anything. The shower did not have the capacity to drain the water away quickly enough so bathroom was left flooded.

We have stayed before at The Concorde. It was still clean and welcoming. The check in and out was efficient. The food in the restaurant was very good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Near to the shops and MRT . Overall a good experience. Would recommend it.

We take pride in being able to provide guests with comfort and convenience. The information about our cleaning policy is stated on our hotel’s website. We seek your kind understanding that we are not able to edit the format in which information is displayed on other websites.
Staff at the Premier Lounge are very friendly and attentive. We appreciate the complimentary laundry and minibar for Premier Club Rooms. The coffee machine is also a nice touch.
Room is clean, updated, functional. Bed and pillows are excellent. The dispenser for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash is very hard to use.
Location is very good. The bus stop in front of the hotel is very convenient.
