Would stay there again.
Excellent location and the gentleman was very hospitable. Excellent food and a quiet area so sleeping was no problem. Provided face cloths in the batjroom which was a blessing as many locations do not provide these.

We had a great 3 night stay at Heathcote B&B. The room was spotless and a good size and breakfast was lovely. Peter was an excellent host, super friendly and helpful. We were up for the Loch Ness Marathon and Peter very kindly got up extremely early on the morning of the run to make us porridge. I would highly recommend Heathcote to everyone!

A wonderful B&B
We had a great time in Inverness, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Inverness.

Excellent stay. The accommodation was great – clean, large, and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Peter, the host is very welcoming and hospitable. Gave us ideas about where to walk to for dinner. The B&B is ideally placed within easy walking distance of the Ness River walk. Accommodation was very nice and we had our first great night of sleep. The breakfast was superb. All in all, it was exactly what we wanted.

Highly Recommended in Inverness!
This is a wonderful B&B! It is easy to locate and a convenient walk to attractions/dining options. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The host is kind and has good advice to share about the area. If we return to Inverness, I will check here for a room first.

Séjour agréable
Séjour agréable La zone est pavillonnaire donc peu d'activité sur place mais il est possible de rejoindre le centre ville à pieds en 15min environ Nous avons pu échanger avec le propriétaire pendant le petit déjeuner puisqu'il prépare à la demande un petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité!

Maravilhoso. Em uma cidade muito cara, uma excelente opção com preço muito mais amigável e muita qualidade. O anfitrião Peter foi extremamente gentil e atencioso. O quarto de casal estava limpo e em excelentes condições. Bastante aconchegante. Muito bem localizado. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Peter teve extrema atenção com as alergias alimentares que relatamos quando da reserva . Ficaria novamente e recomendo!

B&B muy limpio y con habitación muy grande. Está un poco alejado del centro pero puedes ir andando al lado del río y en 10 minutos estás en la catedral. El desayuno también está muy bien.

Lovely B&B. Nice big room. Warm and comfortable. Close to town. You could walk, but due to weather we caught a taxi. In the morning, Peter the lovey owner made us breakfast. Hot breakfast provided. Afterwards he got the map out, to show us the best route to next destination. Parking was available for the car as well. Lovely for an overnight stay.

Alles super, sehr zu empfehlen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und die Besitzer sehr freundlich. Ich kann mich über nichts beschweren. Wlan-Empfang war gut, das Frühstück sehr lecker und die Innenstadt ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Heathcote B&B was very cute and super clean. Hosts were very friendly and made us a great breakfast! Property is only a 15 minute walk from the ness walk and restaurants and about a 25 minute walk into the city core. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to friends and family.

Heathcote during Loch Ness marathon
It was a very B&B and the proprietor was friendly and helpful, especially as he stayed up because I arrived very late. We had a lovely night's sleep and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Great B&B would recommend
Our stay at the heathcote b&b was great owners were very welcoming, we were shown to our room which was great a large bed with lots of space and en-suite. Breakfast was lovely and plenty on offer continental and/or cooked plenty of toast and tea/coffee offered. Pete was very great with a great knowledge of the local area and place to go visit which we done. Very central only a 10 min walk to town centre and Eden Court. Will definitely be returning thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a beautiful property close to town center and attractions. Management were the friendliest most helpful people. I'd refer this as the best place to stay in Inverness.

The property was a great find. It was clean and charmig and cheerful. The bed was comfortable The bathroom was very clean . Our host was delightful and very helpful in helping us resolve a transportation challenge. I would absolutely stay here again

I arrived early to see if I could park at the location and walk into town, and was able to check in early which was convenient! Very nice, good view from my room which was spacious.
