This was absolutely one of the best stays I’ve been at. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and I kept telling my partner that if they started serving dinners and charging for them, I would gladly pay per meal. The breakfast had Japanese and western style options and was a buffet. The quality of the options were amazing and reflected local Hokkaido ingredients. Parking was easy and if you told staff when you needed the vehicle in advance, they would pull it and queue it for you. Overall, a 10/10 experience and we will be back.

A new and clean hotel close to the Sapporo Train Station. I especially like how they are environmentally conscious. You can choose from cleaning your room, not cleaning your room but change the towels, and not to do anything at all. Instead of giving each room bottled waters like other hotels, you go get your own filtered water from the pantry on each floor. I appreciate the effort in reducing waste!

The property is pretty new and I always look forward to coming back after a day of sightseeing. They have a lounge that is open in the afternoon which you can get some refreshments. I thought that was nice. The in door onsen is quite busy at times but also enjoyable.

Hotel lobby was warm and inviting during the cold winter.. the sidewalk of the hotel was also brightly lit with pretty lights on the trees. It was also very considerate of the hotel to have water and ice dispensers on all floors. Apart from the mechanical parking situation that is slightly inconvenient to drivers, the property delivered the most important criteria of a comfortable stay by having a very clean room and public areas.

The cleanliness of the property also stood out. From the spotless lobby to the impeccably maintained rooms, everything was well cared for, reflecting the staff's dedication to maintaining high standards. Overall, Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo is a great choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and clean place to stay. I would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.
